Was super quick and everyone was friendly! Had some good music play. Clean and just great customer service all around.

No stars. Had one "tech" conduct the test. Another "tech comes and gives the "result" and yet another "tech comes and gives the "explanation" These incompetent fools can't get their own story straight. They need to be replaced with actual competent technicians. Disorganized, failed to communicate amongst themselves or with the customer. Failure to provide receipt of professional diagnostic Failure to provide proof of policy Failure to provide recommendation for remedial action One "tech" conducted the test, seemed incompetent, failed to follow prompts provided by the diagnostic computer. Different "tech" came over clearly incapable of multitasking glanced at the screen the previous "tehc" failed to decipher and made the same mistake. Original "tech" wandered off without communication and the "tech" who mishandled an ongoing diagnostic who was also side tracked by a dilemma they failed to remediate clearly to their own inability to communicate, proceeded to glance over confidential information of a customer only to let their emotion decide that the computer diagnostic result was "faulty" after violating procedure and policy this "tech" failed to provide any sort of explanation or interpretation of the "result" this "tech" instructed the original "tech" to "fail him and move him along, I'm off on five minutes and won't have this" The original tech did not follow this obviously because that "tech" had to answer to why the vehicle passed inspection but failed their own ego check. Next time you try and bullshit someone, check yourself, the only person you're fooling is yourself. read more

I headed there around 8ish (Saturday).. There was No line and the guy was friendly, he told me that the machine detected that my gas cap was not functioning correctly, and that it will be replaced with a new one for no extra charge, just a signature.. After anxiously waiting for 5 minutes or so My Car Passed.!! read more
