What can you say about a shop that misleads you about being able to work on your hybrid car,…read morefalsely "diagnosed" not one, but two perfectly good hybrid batteries, did not pull the bottom covers off the tow truck thus causing the parts to be lost! They kept my car for weeks after we changed out the first replacement hybrid battery before they refused to do the work they stated they would. To say this shop cost me thousands is an understatement! The cost of rentals alone during the time they were cross diagnosing is shameful! At the very least they should refund the diagnostic fee of $185 for a battery that they could not have diagnosed because it contained no coolant!

Justin is the guy you are going to deal with and he is super honest and knowledgable, and I swear they can figure out and fix anything. I have had my 2006 Silverado in trhe a couple of times as well as my 1997 Subaru Legacy. They quickly diagnosed the issues I was having and fixed them well and quickly. They use good parts and, my favorite thing about them is that they don't try to upsell you on a bunch of stuff. They will let you know if they find other things that need attention and give you a good honest opinion on the urgency of a repair. They are easy to miss since you can't really tell that its a garage from the front. In fact if it weren't for the guys at Chicago Music Store which is attached to the west end of the shop, I wouldn't have thought to go there. They told me that it is a very good auto repair shop, and they were nt wrong.

They not only offered reasonable and fair pricing, but the quality of their work was outstanding. My 2015 Jaguar XJL Portfolio required major repairs, and Brett, the owner and certified technician, was exceptionally knowledgeable about my car and the repairs it needed. They were transparent about all costs, and I was pleasantly surprised when the repair was completed ahead of schedule. Finding an auto shop that genuinely cares about its customers is a refreshing experience. This shop is honest and transparent regarding repair costs. Jaguars can be challenging to work on, and many small shops tend to overcharge for their services. For instance, the Jaguar dealership in Tucson charges a standard labor rate of $235.00 per hour. Overall, P&B Automotive Repair Shop is fantastic. Their front desk service was also excellent--easy to talk to and proactive in keeping me updated on the progress of my car.
