Human interaction adds something important to the dining experience. Today was my first time ordering delivery. The price was significantly higher with fees, yet the food lacked the sauces and flavor I normally experience in person. The small side sauces I usually receive were also missing. I also ordered the $7 hummus for the first time. The portion was substantially smaller than pictured, with whole chickpeas and oil/sauce filling the center. Unfortunately, the hummus itself was very bland and tasted more like basic supermarket hummus. Based on this experience, I would not order delivery again.
