Lovely ice cream shop in Nazareth! They have ice cream, soft serve, and milkshakes! I shared a small cup of strawberry ice cream and it was very creamy and had huge chunks of strawberries. I had placed my order around a month ago and was able to pick up my cake immediately on my selected day. The parlor was very nice inside, and I was met with great customer service. This is a cute ice cream shop in Nazareth. We struggled to find unmetered parking. However, if you go down the street and walk from the music shop, you don't have to pay. The ice cream shop itself is small but has great character. There were a lot of interesting, homemade flavors. I went with Holy Cannoli in a homemade waffle cone. I had wanted to try a dipped cone, but they were out. Oh well. Next time, I'd try the Unicorn or Birthday Cake. read more

Had a very disappointing experience. Currently under a statewide mask mandate and 1 of the 3 employees was without a mask and was talking nonstop to the employee serving me for the entirety of my visit (about nonsense like frat parties). Most disturbingly was the fact that the same employee took a spoon and used an ungloved hand to help herself to a sample of one of the ice creams directly from the tub in the case. She was in the process of going back in for a second sample (with the same spoon that was just in her mouth!) when she caught me watching her and pulled back at the last second. Best ice cream I have had in a long time. Some co-workers and I decided to go here and we were not disappointed. Got a Banana Peanut Butter Milkshake that was amazing. Could taste both flavors throughout the milkshake and was very thick. It had small chunks of banana in it as well. today i was in with my grand daughter and she ordered small cup with chocolate and vanilla hard ice cream with rainbow sprinkles. Cup was half full not what we had received before having been their multiple times. I ordered soft swirl vanilla and chocolate it was runny and not what I had gotten in the past. Cup wasn't full. If you have changed your portion size than customers need to know. Staff was not friendly as in the past . Very disappointed today. Have been very happy coming here before many times. I haven't lived in the area for years, but I've been coming to Emily's since I was a kid and I always make a point to return when I'm in town. This was my first time visiting their new location and it did not disappoint; it's the kind of shop and location they've always deserved and I wish them lots of success. As an unabashed ice cream snob who insists on making her own ice cream at home and refuses to eat that store bought crap, I gotta say the ice cream here has always been wonderful! And it seems like their new space has allowed them to offer more flavors than ever before (hard and soft serve). They also have an awesome variety of cones to choose from. The service was friendly, as ever, and the ice cream is delish. I should also note that over the past couple years we've been ordering their customizable ice cream cakes for special occasions and they're always a big hit. Highly recommended. read more

I've been going to Emily's ice cream for years now even at there old location. The new location brought in much more business, and I started coming even more. BUT the past few times I've gone were HORRIBLE experiences, and I will NEVER come back ever again. Two dark haired girls were working, and there was LONG BLONDE HAIR in my ice cream TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. The ice cream is overpriced, and it's not even homemade. Oh and tips to people who want to eat there ice cream even after reading this: they have a Large pile of business cards that you can take however many you want, and on the back, you can hole punch them for a free ice cream. They use the circle hole punch, so take as much as you want, hole punch them yourself, and get a ton of free Ice cream!!! Your supposed to come back with the business card and have them hole punch it for every ice cream you buy, but it's crappy ice cream so to heck with it! ALSO: My mom got a hot fudge sundae two different times and both times the girl making it put like NO hot fudge in it. It seemed as if the hot fudge thing was broken or difficult to use and the first time it happened the girl gave up because there was a long line after. Their was only one girl working the one time when CLEARLY she needed at least one more person helping her. This is unacceptable. Very disappointed. I'm finding a new ice cream place and taking my friends and family with me. read more

This place has is the best hands down for ice cream! We go all the time and never have had a bad experience..even when it is busy and there is a line it is totally worth the wait!
