Not only did…read moreit take them 4 hours to arrive, but they ultimately refused to pick up the car even though we where already at the drop-off location. The woman on the phone was incredibly unprofessional--she actually screamed at us and then hung up while I was trying to resolve the situation. Because of their refusal to do their job, we where forced to arrange our own transport and drive 40 miles each way to deal with the vehicle myself. This ordeal completely ruined our day and forced me to cancel an important business meeting. The lack of basic human decency and professional reliability is shocking. They caused an immense amount of stress and a direct hit to our business schedule. Save yourself the trouble and demand a different provider if AAA tries to send them your way. We had already reported this incident to AAA and will be pursuing this further.
