During the design phase my ideas continued to evolve and she was very easy to work with and was willing to listen to any changes I wanted to make. Once the design was done the execution that she and her team were able to pull off was exactly what I had in my mind. I have already received numerous complements from people are they are passing by my house and I'm very happy with the finished product. When it came time to do the install, Tina did not stand around and point and give directions. She was part of the crew, in the dirt with everyone else wearing her welding helmet burning some steel together. The rest of her crew was also great to be around and work with. Jesus and Mauro are a fantastic team. They are both very smart, hard working, and unbelievably detail oriented. Not to mention they are both genuinely nice people. Many times I thought what they were working on looked complete, but it wasn't perfect enough for them. They kept working with it to make sure everything was completely level, straight and just right. Donovan was also a key member of the team. He was very respectful, a hard worker, and forward thinking. You can tell he really takes pride in everything he works on and wants it to be perfect. He and Tina were welding the project together one day while I was working on the gate to my fence. Talking with Donovan while he was taking a break he casually mentioned that I could trying to square up the gate using a method I hadn't thought of. Sure enough his idea solved the problem and made my life much easier. I wouldn't hesitate to work with any of them again in the future.

In the winter of '21 we were finalizing a a kitchen remodel in Round Rock and had a single custom kitchen cabinet that needed some metal perforated panels cut to specific size. I figured I would need to leave the panels with them for at least a couple days before they would be ready for pick up. Not this time. Jake and I reviewed what I needed and he decided to do it right away for me. And for a very reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience and very happy as he saved me time and money. Plus, the pieces were cut EXACTLY to dimension and fit the design as planned. Thank you Jake!!! Second experience was late last summer regarding a Sunroom kit one of my customers purchased who had asked if we could assemble/install it at the back of her house. Not typically what I do but decided to take it on to help her out. The Sunroom was to be installed on a deck and the specs of the location made the Sunroom too wide. Every alteration required was easy to do onsite but there was a steel wall flashing piece that needed to be either precisely altered or a new one made to the new size. I brought the piece to Custom Sheetmetal with the new length needed. The very next day the piece was completed and ready for pickup. I expected a bit of rough workmanship due to the design. Not with Custom Sheetmetal. The alteration was perfect!!! After I spray painted it white to match you couldn't tell the difference between the altered piece and the factory made ones. So he gets a welder for Christmas and then needs some stock to build a welding bench. But the guys at Westbrook we AWESOME. Super patient with him walking through his project, giving him a quote, working on a re-quote, and when the price still wasn't in the dad budget, helped him select some useable parts from the scrap area to work towards what he needed. And when they learned he was just starting out, they said "hold on, we've got some scrap that's too small to sell" and handed him a box with about 10 pounds of small parts and told him to go practice... which he did."
