His crew worked quickly and efficiently tho from the start there was a language barrier when he was not on site causing plants to be placed in the wrong site and have to be moved again, leading to early death. Once the lines were placed, he wanted me to change the sprinkler controller bc he was unfamiliar with it at an additional cost for a new system and installation! This was crazy to me as in my job, if I dont know something, I learn it instead of asking the customer to pay for my deficiency. I also had a similar product available to the requested one which I said he could place but at no cost to me which he declined to do. He then changed the settings wo follow up to ensure that it was working, even after I expressed concern leading to death of my expensive lawn and all plants in less than a month tho they had been thriving since installation 2y ago. He refuses to answer calls or texts even tho the job is incomplete and took payment in full.
