He was friendly, professional, and informative. He showed up the same day, at the time he said he would and measured my fence and yard. Vision gave me a a great Cedar fence, and cleaned up after themselves. Fence looks great! Thank you Turner and the Vision team!

We hired Turner to install some fencing for us. It's been a multi phase project and along the line,…read morethere's been some miscommunications and unprofessional staff. On the first phase, his worker told us that we needed to pay him directly for work that Turner didn't pay him for yet. We asked Turner about it and he said his guy was lying to us and not to pay him. The next phase, two new workers showed up and didn't speak any English, and asked me which side I wanted the fence on. It's been very unprofessional with their contractors unfortunately. This phase when the biggest incident happened, Turner wasn't on the property when his contractors hit our main water line. They were working on it for at least an hour and we got worried so we hired our own plumber to come take a look. It took our plumber about 30 minutes to fix it while Turner had 3 guys trying to fix it, including a trip to Home Depot which included more guys coming back than there were before, which wasn't comforting. Overall Turners guys were trying to fix it for about two hours. Our brand new water softener system had also imploded due to the water shut off creating a vacuum effect. Turner didn't finish the fence, he even left the rest of the materials on our property and he charged us for over half the project. He didn't offer to pay for the plumber fee- or for our brand new water softener system that was destroyed due to the water shut off causing a vacuum effect. We've asked Turner to provide his team's plumbing licenses since it's Texas law to be one if you work on a water line and he hasn't responded which raises some questions. He also provided an old 811 ticket number, which expired before our project. We thought we could trust Turner and we looked past a few things, hoping we'd get a good job done in the end. But, this incident has broken our trust and we feel our kindness has been taken advantage of.

Bryan promptly responded with an estimate for a gate replacement with and without posts, which I appreciated so I could make a quick decision on how to proceed with the 5+ responses I received. Bryan came out in person and reconfirmed the rates which were competitive with other bids I had received. The timing worked to refer him to a neighbor who also needed a new gate so he was able to do both of our jobs during the same time. I appreciated the fact he could replace the backyard fence rails and re-use the pickets for eco and cost reasons. He educated me on the pros/cons of using pressure treated lumber for the back of the gate and because I chose the pressure treated lumber, he will come back in a few months to stain it, the whole gate, and the 1.5 pickets that needed to be replaced. He oversaw the work directly. He and his helper finished the initial job in about 2.5 days, ahead of the bad weather. Bryan was responsive and easy to communicate with via text. He sent a proposal via an online app that was easy to review and sign. He accepts Venmo and credit cards, but there is a % charge for using credit cards.

My old 25 year old cement driveway was stained, cracked, and puddled like crazy after any rain, and joints were missing mastic and had hollowed out with toads living inside. His team did the demo work and installed the pavers in just a few days for a pretty large driveway. They were good about cleaning up on a daily basis and the pricing was competitive. The result is incredible. RcTex also made sure to slope the driveway as I asked to avoid puddling and also installed a parking pad with retaining wall for my other car that doesn't fit into the garage. Finally they applied a sealer to the pavers for a nice wet look and to avoid stains. Pretty happy with the work! Highly recommend.

Upping stars to 3 for not ghosting entirely, but should not have taken a negative review to get a response. I provided a detailed project specification to this vendor 7 days ago--which is an attractive company given that they are covered by the Yelp Guarantee. They are stated to have an average 10 minute response time with a 65% response rate. Seven days later, I've heard nothing. So I'm either in the 35% of their non-responses or I'm an outlier in their turnaround timeframe. I wish I had better things to say since this is an unfortunate lone wolf one star rating in a sea of five stars for this company, but "real people, real reviews" is the rule.
