One of the first things this firm does on taking your case is send you links and directions for all of these review websites asking you to leave them a positive review. Mind you, this isn't at the end when you actually know how well or poor they did, it's at the very beginning before you have any idea how they will do. I firmly believe this is why they have positive reviews here. Most of them were probably left before any real interaction with the firm. I wonder how many people would still give them this feedback if asked at the end after their case is closed? My experiences were very different and I absolutely cannot recommend this firm at any level. I would love to post all the heartbreaking details but after reading the comments here, it sounds like this firm will just call you a liar and make threats (which is probably another reason why their rating is what it is). Let me just start this review off with saying Karolina Arthur was a God send.... three of us got laid off on the same day, by the same company, and had a million questions and concerns- we didn't know where to turn.
