Today I had the unfortunate incident of coming back to my car and finding the battery dead. I've had this car for 2 years and guess it was just its time. I was parked near the Ferry Building on Harrison and the Embarcadero . Anyways I looked up jumpstart services and I found this business. I gave them a call and they called me back in no time and arrived fast. I gave them detailed description of where I was located. Anyways the driver did his thing and brought my battery back to life. The whole transaction took merely minutes. And $25 is very fair. What more can I say? I was very happy with the speed and price of the service. Good job! read more

AAA Roadside Assistance Isn't. My car was the victim of a smash and grab and the widows were smashed in. AAA Roadside Assistance would not send a truck to tow the car from the Hospital Emergency room parking lot to my home, a distance of six miles. If the car starts, they will not tow it. I had to pay to have car towed home. If I left the car, it would have been towed as an abandoned vehicle by the city. AAA Emergency Roadside Assistance is OK for maps from the office, but everyone should have insurance to provide towing. read more

Excellent service, I'll definitely be using again if needed. The guy was very accommodating. I needed a battery replaced for a car that had been sitting way too long but I couldn't figure out how to get it done with out having it towed all the way to the mechanics. So was exceptionally pleased to learned that ERA could do it. I called and asked, they called back within minutes with the price of battery and service, arrived to our house in 30mins and changed the battery within 10mins and it was done. Months of asking other businesses and having one line after the other and these guys made it seem like no problem at all and done so fast. Car is now working again and I'm a very happy customer. Emergency roadside literally arrived in 15 minutes - this is while the Superbowl was going on so even more amazing service! He gave my car a jump and I was on my way! Super professional service and the owner was really great. I have to say that Emergency Roadside assistance is the best. I got flat tire this morning and I called my insurance company to get the tire changed service. Other 2 companies John's towing and Melendezs towing service was made me crazy. I had to wait almost 3 hours on the road with a 8 months old baby. Until my insurance change to Emergency Roadside Assistance. They came fast and keep updated me the ETA. The gentleman was so nice and fast to help me changing my tire.
