I did they have been having my vehicle for months he told me we would do a trade for the vehicle or see if he can repair it I have been nothing but patient with this dealership because I refuse the offer of $3500 they offered me today they told me that they will tow the VEHICLE. Because I refuse to except the offer General manager Shane text message me that he is going to tow my car. This is retaliation because I refuse except the offer that he offered me at $3500 for the vehicle I do not want to do any more business at all pro auto I just want my money back and I want for us to go our separate ways the text messages that I received today just shows me that this dealership is not very honest about their vehicles i've saved up for months to get me a reliable car and a safe vehicle for my kids I am a single mother of two I have been waiting from two months to hear from them and when I served him with papers to go to court now I get a response back why do I have to go to court to get a response from them honesty respect for your customers go along way I am very disappointed in the services that I received from The dealership I have a missed several days work because I do not have the proper transportation and I am on the bus with two kids taking them to their activities for the summer and have no vehicle no money ... We (Phil Simmons) bought a 1996 Ford F250 4x4 for $4500.00 not including taxes, fees, etc. I think…read morethe total came to somewhere around $5200.00. When we got the truck home, we took it to a local car shop to have it thoroughly checked out. The shocks were shot, and all the fluids were as bad as bad can get. New shocks and all the fluids being replaced plus a general checkup on the truck costs us around $1600.00. We were told by a mechanic at Car Guys that the shocks were fine even though they were all rusted on the outside. What I'm trying to say is that one needs to make sure the vehicle you're interested in buying is thoroughly checked out before you buy. There are no warranties at Car Guys so once you sign all the paperwork and drive off the lot, you're on your own. One thought is bringing a mechanic if you're not a mechanic or take the car/truck to a mechanic while out test driving. Eddie was a very nice person and likeable. Cory seemed nice but was very busy. The cars and trucks are used and most likely picked up at auctions or trades. We learned our lesson because we did not have the truck fully checked out before we bought it. Would we buy from them again? Yes, but we would have the vehicle thoroughly checked out first. Prices seemed pretty good for cars and trucks at Car Guys. Again, check the car/truck out thoroughly before you buy.

We bought a 34' camper from here at the beginning of August of 2021 all was good but I never…read morereceived the title. When I went to DOL to get it taken care of DOL says that the title wasn't transfered to me like he was supposed to do, it doesn't even pop up in Washington's system and now we can't get ahold of him to fix it Update: we got ahold of him, he said he'd mail me the title. I ended up having to drive back up to Kent a week later to get it from him because he "forgot". When I got there to get the title we were informed that the original owner of the camper had sense passed. Cory had yet to put the camper in my name. So here I am, I paid him for the titling fee and now we have to figure out how to go about actually getting it in our names, 6 MONTHS AFTER WE BOUGHT THE CAMPER!!!!!!
