They did a great job on work that some other tailors won't touch - reduced the shoulder pads and legs. And there is no drama - Bill tells you what he can and can't do (mostly can), marks up the clothing and discusses with the tailor. It turned out perfectly, and I've since brought two other suits there. Same drill- gets it done properly, no rework required. And the store has a very nice selection of clothing. Highly recommend!

I went to every suit store in Denver open on a Saturday and everywhere I went didn't even bother showing me suits and simply told me they were 8 weeks out for tailoring. I ended up at Homer Reed where instead of turning me away as an impossible request, Bill went through the entire store with me and found a suit that fit pretty close. He then made a special request to their Tailor to put me at the front of the line so that my suit was ready to go Monday morning for the wake Monday night. Although it was for a sad occasion, I had a perfectly fitting suit. I was not a customer of Homer Reed before but I am forever one now.

I placed an order on the 21st. I received the rest of my order but then there's one pair of shoes that's assigned to Denver the package arrived from Denver, but the shoes were missing. I was told it was assigned to Brooklyn the whole entire time even though I was emailed that it was assigned to Denver now to the employee. The woman who picked up the phone. Was saltier than a chip! How I am supposed to know how to find my order? Am I David Blaine here to entertain you? Now, rather than having a main warehouse each individual store ships out, which does nothing but create chaos. So this pitbull of an employee with a gigantic chip on her shoulder, was nasty and unapologetic. No no empathy. I was treated nose in the air uppity. I have spent 2k with them in the last two months. I am finding out the hard way that there are some bad employees in a good store. I spoke to an employee there today about 20 minutes ago. I have never complained about anything Fluevog. This tells me there is someone not really appreciative of her job.

So as you can see from the before photo, it has been used a ton over the last couple of years but I love it. Then look at the after photo- simply AMAZING WORK!!! The front buckles had the leather peeling around them but not any longer. My sister saw it and was like, "Wow amazing I think it looks better than brand new". I highly recommend this shop. Dropping off and picking up my bag they had customers sitting in the chair getting their shoes shined, I am sure to return with my winter leather boots in a couple of months when it gets cold. They do excellent work with both shoes and leather bag repair!!!

I attached a pair of my vintage Chanel flats that I had absolutely beaten to death, and they came back looking almost new. I've also purchased a Louis Vuitton bag from them and had a great experience. I've even trusted them with multiple pairs of my clients' Christian Louboutin heels to have the red soles restored. I'll admit I was skeptical at first, but Armando showed me several pairs he'd already repaired, which gave me the confidence to hand over some very expensive shoes. If you're looking for quality shoe repair or luxury handbag restoration, I can't recommend them enough.
