UPS didn't make the initial mistake, but the label was never scanned since it was INSIDE of my package. Young kids with the typical attitude now found in Warwick. Go elsewhere.

Terrible service. Do not ride with them. I was traveling with my dog, I called 4 times ahead, I gave my dog's information, size, breed, she's an old dog, I told them she doesn't have a carrier since she's a medium size dog and I'm 5'1 so I can't pick her up, they mentioned there was no issue whatsoever, the agent had an attitude while booking me the ride. They made me go to the pick up location at 6:30am and arrived 20 min late, when they got there they said they had no space for the dog and left. I had to pay 50 dollars to get to the pick up location and the 50 dollars back. I later tried explaining to 2 different people the situation and they tried washing their hands saying I should have a carrier which is something I mentioned to 3 different people before I booked the ride. All of their agents are very indifferent, they don't have any regard for people time or money. I've been riding with them for years and they're always late but never thought they would do something like this. Im very disappointed.

However, as soon as you walk into this gleaming, bright new location, it feels just a little better than most shipping centers. Even better yet, though, is superstar Bie Khang who's helped me each time I've come in - she's a ball of positive energy who nearly leaps at the chance to help. I've shipped here a few times that were an absolutely breeze, AND when I needed something notarized, bang! She supported there too, all with that same helpful and cheery attitude throughout. I prefer UPS to FedEx and USPS whenever I have the choice; I prefer this location of UPS over other locations now, hands down. Excellent service!

It's no wonder that shop has customers happy- Kristen is not just friendly she is knowledgeable, moves quickly and carefully, and she is also efficient with other customers and my own time. I will always go there from now on. As a note- I had shipped things earlier in the day in Warwick and I had a less than optimal experience (from a store manager none the less). It was a friendly experience, don't get me wrong, but he was not helpful and wanted to initially charge me considerably more for my packages. I asked about why it seemed so expensive... he blamed his quotes on "prices being raised in july"." Little did he know my business receipt from a week and a half ago was from july. He adjusted my quote. It's relevant because it goes to show that it's important to be aware of pricing because some people are not as honest as Kristen. Thanks again Kristen!
