They gave me one of the best pedicures I've ever gotten, I usually always opt for gel on my toes and they were kind enough to find the dip powder color for me so I could match. The lady who gave me my pedicure gave me a literally endless massage I almost fell asleep. They have a great color selection and I feel like they're fairly priced. Especially since they don't rush you, I was prolly in there for 2 hours and never once felt rushed! I would definitely recommend if you are in the area. They also do a "happy hour" which I've never seen a salon do before but basically if u come during the weekdays during 10am?-2pm you'll get 10 percent off! I thought this was really sweet just because they're near campus :)

After waiting for an hour, a nail lady sat and started my nails and told me that i couldn't do a different color, i had to get a new set or do a gel over the old powder. So i got the gel but she did a horrible job, my nails are uneven and lumpy and crooked. I was in a rush so I didn't have time to point out the issue so i justnleuse to love coming here but this experience has definitely made me not want to come back. Update: I went back asking for a refund, explaining how it had been less than a day and my nails were already peeling. This rude lady said she can't give me a refund because i paid for the service not the nails. I've never heard of anything like that. She refused to admit that one of her workers messed up my nails. I definitely will not be coming back to this nail shop again. I highly recommend you find a different nail shop to go to with a better staff.

I did not enjoy other people's nail dust all over the pedicure chairs. I didn't feel particularly welcomed nor did I feel like my surroundings were hygienic. I sometimes wish they offered dip powder, but can…read moreappreciate that by limiting services and designs, they're able to ensure more consistent appointment times and reduce reservations having to wait before their booking. Whenever my mom, mother in law, or other friends and family come to town, this is where I bring them. They always seat us together (easier if you book for multiple people than doing separate reservations, so keep that in mind), and my nails last longer than when I go DIY. If ambiance is what you're looking for, this is it. If you want a longer pedicure that will get callouses or rough skin off, don't expect the classic pedicure to be sufficient. You'll have to upgrade to the deluxe. I go back and forth on how much I do or don't like that they don't service men. Especially in today's world, I think gender specific segregation is a precarious position to take, it's also discriminatory to not service customers or even hire based on gender--and they notably don't have male staff.

I made an appointment online, and it was for gel nails. I wanted both my fingers and toes to be gel. The salon is beautiful! It is in a great location too, but the staff is not friendly or welcoming. When I got there for my appointment, there was no one at the door and I had to find a staff member to tell them I was there to check in. After they checked me in , they took me to a chair to start my pedicure. They then asked me what color I wanted... I didn't pick this out, they brought colors to me. Which was ok, but this is normally done before you sit down. After I picked my color, I was then told that they don't do gel on the toes. It was fine and I guess not that big of a deal. After my toes were done, I sat and got my nails done. I wanted a French tip with pink instead of white. They could have been better, and I feel my nail specialist was rushing. For the price and the quality of work, I don't know if I will return.
