I have been to this salon twice and both times I've gotten great customer service. The salon is clean and organized. I was always greeted right away and led to a massage chair. The techs are friendly and accommodating. I usually ask for a gel mani and gel pedi and oh do they do those so well! Never lumpy or uneven which is rare because most don't get it right. I can't speak for acrylics or anything like that. The best part of their pedicure is the massage! Bring a pillow guarantee you will fall asleep. It's very relaxing. They seem to remember what their customers want. Overall nice salon. I just moved here from Las Vegas and this is definitely one of the places I'll be visiting often. read more

I was really excited to try this nail salon. Walking in it has TONS of colors to choose from! The salon was clean and decorated nicely. The water for the pedicure station was SUPER hot. Like, almost painful. The chairs were nice and very relaxing. The buttons were sensitive. Press lightly. The lady who actually gave me the pedicure was not my favorite. It was difficult to communicate due to the language barrier. Also, she was rough! Twice, I almost walked out. Overall, my toes look fabulous! However, I would not choose to go back here. read more

Awful. My mother and I came here today for mani pedis and it looks as though my feet have not even been touched. The skin on my heels is still very dry and cracked. It looks terrible. The paint itself looks nice but I could have done myself at home. Definitely not worth $50+. I wish I could get a refund. On my mothers feet, they tried to use some type of cheese grater looking thing and it cut her foot. Terrible!! Using a good, clean pumice stone would suffice. Using a metal cheese grater and cutting feet is not only painful but very unsanitary. Yuck!!!!! read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The service here was atrocious. Three friends and I came in for pedicures and made 11AM appointments with the understanding that we were on a rather tight schedule. Two of us were seated around 1130, the third at 1145, and the fourth...well she never got her pedicure. It was even further downhill from there with no real attention paid to any of us, badly painted nails, some nails incorrectly cut and filed, just a bad experience overall. When we asked to speak to the manager for a refund, we were yelled at refused. This professionally took place in the middle of the salon in front of all of their patrons. If you're looking for great service and great results, then my only recommendation is to make sure you avoid Vip Nails. read more

Fast friendly service! The salon is very clean and well decorated, the staff always do a great job on my nails.

Very clean and smells fantastic! You can't count all of the color choices there are so many! The ladies are super friendly and talented. I had the most incredible leg massage which relieved all of the tension that I walked in with. The chairs have all of the cool massage choices. If I could give them a 0 I would. First the lady was couldn't be bothered to get off her phone and actually do her job. I asked her over and over again to do something to my nails and she ignored me the whole time. Finally the women next to her got her to get off her phone and look up. Then she proceeded to scold me for not telling her before she started. It took two hours for the worst nail appointment I've had. Very disappointed with the outcome and whole experience in general. My friend and I came here to get pedicures for the holiday season. We were greeted when we walked in but that was it. After choosing our nail colors, one employee told us to come back to the chairs. When we walked to the back, there were no chairs available. We were told to sit back up front. After 15-20 minutes they told us to go back but they were not clear about where to sit. Finally they told us which chairs to sit in. We put our feet in the water and waited. And waited. And waited. After 30 minutes, the water was cold and no one had even walked back to check on us. My friend had to call the salon on the phone TWICE before they came back to us. Even when she came back, she was only going to be able to do one of us at a time so the other was going to have to wait. In addition to that, the massage part on one of the chairs was broken so rods were digging into my friend's back. When she asked to move, the employee seemed hesitant. So we asked for towels so we could just dry our feet and leave and she got mad. I explained that we had been waiting over 30 minutes. She said that was because we didn't have an appointment and that she had told us that. She had NOT told us. She then told us to leave and that we were not nice. So we left. And will not be returning. We found a new place, Galaxy Nails, less than a mile down the road! read more
