After trying to walk in to oxygenix and Venetian nail spas at 10am on sat and having a 30 min wait I drove to this salon and was greeted kindly and taken in immediately. The ascetics may not be as appealing as the other salons, but the treatment was like family. The technicians were not pushing me for gel or dip when I just wanted a simple manicure like other places that will ask you a hundred times and make you feel unappreciated because your not buying the most expensive service. They timed me at the dryer and personally came up to me to tell me when it had been a enough time which really impressed me since most places just sit you down and then forget about u and you sit there wondering how long to stay under dryer. Said "they didn't believe I have money". When I pushed back and said, you don't take credit cards, you won't take my money? Made appointment and at door advised the color I wanted, was assured they had it. While waiting 20 minutes past my appt. time in boiling hot water, proceeded to tell me they didn't have the color. While waiting I witnessed the owner yell and degrade her son in front of patrons, argue with a customer that she said $40 not $30, and the male who asks that everyone wash their hands at entry wear NO mask while speaking to customers. Highly unprofessional business where the owner felt the need to clarify it was her son and she could speak to him as she pleases. Don't waste your money or time with soooo many other great salons nearby who are professional and treat the customer with respect. Save yourself the time. Go elsewhere. read more

Ive been going to Em nails for over four years now, I've watched the owner and her son being rude to previous customers before but never to me , I was always a loyal customer and brought "PLENTY" of new customers to their establishment, as of recently I sent a friend to their salon and put in a good word for Emily (the owner) , my friend trusted my judgement and went to get her nails done , they treated her extremely poorly and was beyond rude to her , hence did a horrible lazy job on her nails and refused to fixed it , I called them to complain on her behalf and they BLOCKED MY NUMBER , Today I set an Appt online and Kevin the owner son Cancelled my appt saying they are booked for the weekend when clearly they have many avialibilities open , when I asked for other open days through out the week he hunged up the phone on me , this is an esstablishment for the last four years I've been going to & built a proffessional relationship with and to be treated in such a nasty and rude way while I was trying to help bring customers and future Clients because I believed in their work. I don't believe this establishment deserve anyone hard working money especially the customers who are your source of income and are the reason the business is still running . Staff is friendly. Guy at front desk is a doll. My nails were awful. Gel peeled in 2 days. Went back and they fixed the chipped/peeling nails. Too bad they only lasted 2 days until they had to be removed. Pedicure was not good. The guy who did my feet told me I had an ingrown nail which I didn't. Wound up cutting my toe nail so much that it looked terrible. Was not pleased with services here and wouldn't go back. It's a shame bc they were very nice! read more

My friend and I called as soon ad they opened and we got an appointment booked ASAP. We were a little late but they worked with us and made our experience super relaxing. My nail tech Aliana was amazing. She made sure I was happy and comfortable my entire visit. She asked questions and conversed with me. I am a frequent customer at EM nails and ViVi is my nail tech. She does a wonderful job, however, the owner is rude. I had made an appointment for my mother and they decided to take a walk-in of 12 people and told my mom to come back in an hour, even though she had an appointment. Then I broke my nail a week after they had done them and I walk in as soon as they open and they refused to fix my nail. The owner stated that the reason is because they don't fix nails before 10:30, which is ridiculous since there was 6 nail techs and not a single customer in there. After going back and forth with her about it, she then said she wouldn't fix it because I was ViVi's customer and that ViVi would be mad. So she kept changing her story as to why she would not fix my nail. I have been going to this nail place for over a year and now I will be getting my nails done somewhere else. read more

I used to be a customer for a year even though I wasn't completely happy with the service some of the times. But the last time I went there I was called a "picky customer " for requesting the nail tech to fix the nail that want done right. She got upset and yelled at me and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected just because I asked her to fix her mistake. She never apologized and just walked away. She was extremely rude and Vivi nor her mom said nothing about it. The only one that apologized for the nail's tech behavior was Kevin. I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is unprofessional, dirty and a rip off! The owner thinks she's to high class to give any type of customer service. She should know her place is a dump compared to Tipsy across the street. I decided to try this place because they had appts avail at the last minute. Owner ignored my daughter's concern and ignored my call. She won't help you after the nail polish rubs off after a day! Wanted to charge us 10 dollars for their beyond below quality and compromised nail polish. This happened to more than 2 people that had a pedicures done the same day! We went back a couple of days later for my polish re-do and they were closed during business hours without a sign on the door stating why they were closed early. Beware....they put water or acetone in their polish to prolong the life of the bottle! This never happened to me or my daughter anywhere else! Stay away if you value your money.
