This place is appointment only, but worth it. Had an appointment today for no chip manicure (first…read moretime client is 20$ cash, and a regular no chip is 30) , and a face wax(30). Both ladies were very gentle and kind. First I went to have my waxing done by indre. It's a very tight space but the waxing/multipurpose room was very spacious. I laid down on the bed and she was very gentle and informed me on the parts that would hurt the must which, I appreciated very much. but towards the end she had me look over in a mirror to see which spots she had miss, and I notice my eyebrows and unibrow were still there. She informed me that the eyebrows were "a whole other job", ....ok? That's the one thing that surprised me was, you pay for a full face and eyebrows separately? Eyebrow shaping is an extra 10$, not a lot but still! Full face is full face! Not full face excluding eyebrows! Anyways, she did a beautiful job waxing even plucked some hairs she missed, and took her time to get the job done right. Next I went to get my nails done by Aukse. She really does pay attention to details and really does care about your nails! They look so pretty and perfect oval shape! Thank you guys so much! Will come back to review eyelash lift.

After the therapist asked me about my problem areas she immediately told me she didn't think she would need the full 90. And also told me I was mis-quoted the price. Er, not off to a good start. I get regular massage so I am no stranger to my massage needs. Anyway she did all kinds of massage I have never felt while claiming my back was loosening up. Long story short it was below average and it wasn't even 90 minutes of massage time, more like 75 minutes of massage time due to the the lengthy pre discussion to the 10 minutes cut off the back end....no pun intended. I then decided my girl day needed to be extended and asked for a pedi. The wonderfully cute Taylor was sentenced to deal with these Gremlin toes. She did it with a smile. We laughed and cursed together, good times. Then I found out Taylor cut hair. More girl time needed, like, NOW. She cut this thing that looks like a German Shepard's tail after playing in the mud I call hair like a wizard. I'll now refer to her as Gandalf, but in reality she is way cuter. Not that I am into old man wizards. They offered me water and wine or coffee during all this. I settled for the water but really wanted a Vodka and soda. With my girl day complete I went and watched Mean Girls and had dinner. Fab!

I went here for a pedicure and haircut. My hair was cut well but not at all like the picture I…read morebrought that the stylist assured me she could do. The pedicure was the worst one I have ever gotten. Although there is a spa upstairs, I was told to sit in a chair in the downstairs hair salon hallway while the girl used a foot bath like the ones you buy at Target to use at home. The footbath tipped over once and I had nowhere to my foot other than the dirty floor when she took it out of the footbath. I tried to hold it up, which was very uncomfortable. The person giving me the pedicure only brought down 5 colors from upstairs to choose from, and the one I liked she couldn't open so I had to settle for a color I wasn't crazy about. She buffed the callouses on the top of my feet but forgot the heels. She also did not rub my legs or feet like most pedicure places do. This was about the same experience I would get at home with my niece painting my nails, and was definitely not worth the money! At the end the person giving me the pedicure told me she was a recent graduate and was a hair stylist, not a manicurist. She was super nice, but I felt ripped off by the pedicure and I now have to wait for the super short haircut to grow out.

My sister-in-law and mother-in-law were willing to accompany me to try the new salon and so we purchased the groupons and scheduled our appointment. When we arrived, we were greeted nicely. The salon had a couple of artists, one whom I believed to be the owner. She was pleasant, welcoming, and friendly to us all. She enjoyed chatting, especially since we had our culture and background in common, which was a nice personal touch. Mamta, the owner, threaded my mother-in-laws eyebrows, while myself and my sister-in-law were threaded by the other artist. All of our eyebrows turned out the way we wanted, as both artists were willing to listen to our direction. Mamta added another special touch by showing my mother-in-law one of her eyebrows to ensure that she liked it before matching the other one. The prices were reasonable at the salon, even without the groupon. We will definitely return and I feel like I have a new threading salon at EK Threading! :)

Tammy was more than happy to answer any of them, she gave me all the time in the world and showed me many pictures of her previous work. After talking to her I felt confident and scheduled the appointment. She was very willing to work with my schedule which was a tough one. She came in on her day off and even earlier than normal business hours. So 1st appointment.. very thing was very professional and clean. She never rushed once. She took all the time she needed to draw on the brows, measured them several times, let me look and make suggestions on where I thought they needed changed. She never rushed me as I stared into the mirror 100 times to be sure I was happy with the drawings. The drawing process took around 2 hours.. now onto the numbing and starting the micro blading. The numbing cream work perfect, there was no pain only thing I felt was the pressure of the blade. She did her thing, asked me several times "you doing okay" and when she was near the end once again she let me look to see if I seen anywhere that needed a few more strokes. We both agreed they looked awesome. She cleaned them up and put the liquid bandage on. Explained the healing process, gave me some hand outs and stressed that this was a dry heal. DO NOT GET WET!! She even offered to wash my hair in a few days if needed to be sure I didn't get my eyebrows wet. The next 8 weeks of healing went perfect. 2nd appointment.. went just as well as the 1st. She asked me where I thought they needed touched up as I am the one that has looked at them everyday for the last 8 weeks. She did the touchup where I suggested and also added some where she felt they needed it. Letting me look several times to make any changes I wanted. End Result.. PERFECT EYEBROWS!!! SOO REAL LOOKING! I would recommend Tammy to anyone. Very professional and caring! A+

I went on a Saturday which there were so many people trying to come in. The lady who worked on my brows seemed to be the owner, she was really nice and even tried calling one of her coworkers to come help out with the crowd. The brows itself are a 3.5, I enjoy the ending of my brows, but the front of them are off. I usually get my brows done in black but the ladies recommended me dark brown, and I was not disappointed. The only thing I would change is the front shape of my eyebrows, at least this is fixable with some concealer but if you are looking for brows that need some work, just keep that in mind with going to this location. The owners attitude is what up'd this review 0.5.
