I found Sterling on Yelp and I went yesterday for the first time. I scheduled my appointment via text (which was very easy and I got an immediate response). The location is new for her, within a salon (FYI). She did an amazing job on my lash lift! It's really hard to find a place that is consistent but my lashes look perfect and as a person who's been to many places, I will DEFINITELY be back. Highly recommend for lash lift and tint. Current name as of 11/2024 c'est bon nails. I was greeted pleasantly as soon as I walked in the door. I checked in at the tablet and picked out my nail colors. They had a very good selection of colors. They have the pedicure and manicure chair numbers and it looked like they had 20 of each. They also have a private area for groups. My services went well and I felt technician was friendly. I also noticed how happy all of the staff appeared. My former salon, staff appeared sad or frustrated. Staff were also observed cleaning work stationed. No chip mani + pedicure was $80 plus tip. I will definitely be returning.

The man taking off my gel, finger just ripping it off, which shortened my nails and then the sanding for the leftover polish burned. I asked him to be more gentle. Also, because of the pillow in my lap, I couldn't see the color and when they asked if it was OK and I said I couldn't see it, he just proceeded. And guess what, it was the wrong color. I knew he was wrong, because I was due to start my nails over. I've been getting my nails done for 10 years. I think he was just lazy and did not want to do it. Anyways, the entire time he was doing my nails he was on the phone talking to somebody on FaceTime. I'm sorry, but that's not really important or good Customer service especially when you have a client. I'm not saying you need to sit there and talk to me the whole time, but being on the phone literally the ENTIRE time I was there is very rude. He was very distracted. I could see the lady laying down he was speaking to. He was sloppy! I constantly had to point out mistakes on my nails. Mind you I paid for blue chrome and that was like $55. He had bumps in some of my nails, polish on the cuticles polish on the side of my fingers. I kept asking him to please clean them and he said I needed to go clean them in the sink. He was just very lazy and did such a bad job. Literally within a few days, my nails started to chip. Which should not happen because it was non-chip polish. Then by the weekend the thumb started to slowly crack. I just knew that he did a crappy job. Very unhappy and a waste of $55 and my time.

They do have a large selection of colors. First technician assigned to me was great. She was really good at the leg massage and scrub. However, then I was assigned someone else to finish my services. (Apparently she had an appointment). My nail painting for pedicure felt a little rough. Next, for my no chip manicure they didn't soak off previous polish that long. It was a little painful to remove. My nail polish started chipping on day 6. I would return for a pedicure. However, manicure was a little rough for me.
