I probably should try out another salon next time. Haircut is a big disappointment here.

I loved how natural looking it came out, and not too blonde/brassy. She was very detail oriented and we did a second round of dye after the initial highlights felt too stripey. It came out to $240 total plus tip, which is cheap compared to where I live now but on the higher end for the area. The facilities are very clean and modern!

Chong showed me the color samples, explained to me how the chemicals work and then she worked on her magic. She told me she mix 3 browns together to achieve the look I want. Omg, I love it!!! It's so subtle but I can see the color peaking out under the sunlight. By mixing 3 colors, she literally made mini highlights on my hair! I called to schedule my appointment, and I'm so glad I did! During my session there, I noticed she's extremely busy at the store.

I have very specific requests and after some conversation was told to email the salon with that info so that they could review and set up a call with the stylist. I did that. I waited about a week and a half before sending a 2nd email, just asking if anyone could give me some feedback - a "did you get the last email" email. I recognize that things can fall through the cracks. After another no reply, I called again and was told that only the owner gets the emails and the stylist probably never saw the email. Ok... so can I get a call from the stylist?? I was told she was out but I would get a call tomorrow. Tomorrow has come and gone and I have heard nothing from the salon, the owner or the stylist. It's a bit disappointing, I felt like I have been very patient and understanding that people are busy, but after 4 contacts you would think someone might get back to you. I guess I'll be looking elsewhere.

It pains me to write this, but I feel it's necessary…read more My daughter and I have been loyal clients of your salon for years, regularly coming in to have our hair colored. We've spent thousands of dollars over time and built what we thought was a positive relationship with your team. However, I'm deeply disappointed by how I was treated recently. Months ago, I had to cancel an appointment on the day our beloved golden retriever passed away. It was an emotional, heartbreaking day, and canceling was not a decision I took lightly. Since then, I attempted to rebook verbally for a future date and called to confirm--only to be told you would no longer accept advance bookings from me. I was told I could only do same-day appointments due to "multiple cancellations." One of those was the day my dog died. The lack of empathy, understanding, or even basic professional courtesy in this situation is staggering. There was no outreach, no consideration for our long history as paying, respectful clients. Instead, I was shut out. This is not how a professional salon should treat anyone--let alone a loyal customer. I'm shocked and hurt by the cold, dismissive response I received, and I'm still waiting to hear from a manager. Frankly, I don't understand what kind of customer service process allows for this kind of treatment. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend your salon to others based on this experience. It's a shame it had to end this way. Any other issues other than Julie the colorist and goodbye

I had asked for strong money pieces to brighten around my face, instead I have a very muted "mushroom" brown highlight. I have been getting my hair colored since 13 and aware of the capabilities and limitations, but this is so subpar for $400. Hopefully, it will lighten up after a few washes/will have to go elsewhere to get it corrected. Also, I despise a salon that requires that you purchase a blow dry. $70 extra so I can see what color you turned my hair? Am I supposed to walk out with it wet? The blow dry is not a full, bouncy blowout either. It's what you'd do yourself at your house. Added negative, I referred my mother to the salon and was told by her that I'd receive a referral gift. I didn't mention at checkout because I wanted to see if it was worth coming back to. Unfortunately, I think I'm done here.

I clearly explained that I wear my long sides slicked back behind the ears and asked for just a tiny cleanup and a slight trim on the sides. Nothing drastic. But what I got was the total opposite. Just look at the photos. Nothing is straight, clean, or professionally done. It's honestly hard to believe someone with such poor attention to detail is working as a stylist. Now I'm stuck with this mess and my styling options are ruined. I even don't know what to say or do. If you care about your hair avoid this place! And I paid $40 for this shit!

There has been one occasion in which we were 15 minutes late but they were very nice about it and were still able to fit us in. We do not have a specific hair stylist. We usually just go with whomever is available so there has been a few times in which the haircut was not the most ideal, as in slightly longer at the top and uneven buzz at the back for a men's haircut. It is not a deal-breaker and it could easily be communicated and addressed.
