I went here for a pedicure and haircut. My hair was cut well but not at all like the picture I brought that the stylist assured me she could do. The pedicure was the worst one I have ever gotten. Although there is a spa upstairs, I was told to sit in a chair in the downstairs hair salon hallway while the girl used a foot bath like the ones you buy at Target to use at home. The footbath tipped over once and I had nowhere to my foot other than the dirty floor when she took it out of the footbath. I tried to hold it up, which was very uncomfortable. The person giving me the pedicure only brought down 5 colors from upstairs to choose from, and the one I liked she couldn't open so I had to settle for a color I wasn't crazy about. She buffed the callouses on the top of my feet but forgot the heels. She also did not rub my legs or feet like most pedicure places do. This was about the same experience I would get at home with my niece painting my nails, and was definitely not worth the money! At the end the person giving me the pedicure told me she was a recent graduate and was a hair stylist, not a manicurist. She was super nice, but I felt ripped off by the pedicure and I now have to wait for the super short haircut to grow out. read more

I came in with light brown faded hair color and wanted to just get the brown touched up and they ended up doing black. when I didn't want it that dark they tried to fix it and I left with red hair. after I came back again they told me they couldn't do anything else for me and just gave me my money back. I got unnecessary damage to my hair and not even the color I wanted. I also got snarky comments from the owner, Shantel. It also felt like they were just trying to rush me out of there. They cut my hair good, but now I'm considering shaving all of it off because it's getting so damaged trying to get it back to that lighter original color I had. Do not recommend. read more

I was having a girl day for myself. I got a "90 minute" massage a hair cut and a pedicure for my hobbit feet. I'll start with the massage. After the therapist asked me about my problem areas she immediately told me she didn't think she would need the full 90. And also told me I was mis-quoted the price. Er, not off to a good start. I get regular massage so I am no stranger to my massage needs. Anyway she did all kinds of massage I have never felt while claiming my back was loosening up. Long story short it was below average and it wasn't even 90 minutes of massage time, more like 75 minutes of massage time due to the the lengthy pre discussion to the 10 minutes cut off the back end....no pun intended. I then decided my girl day needed to be extended and asked for a pedi. The wonderfully cute Taylor was sentenced to deal with these Gremlin toes. She did it with a smile. We laughed and cursed together, good times. Then I found out Taylor cut hair. More girl time needed, like, NOW. She cut this thing that looks like a German Shepard's tail after playing in the mud I call hair like a wizard. I'll now refer to her as Gandalf, but in reality she is way cuter. Not that I am into old man wizards. They offered me water and wine or coffee during all this. I settled for the water but really wanted a Vodka and soda. With my girl day complete I went and watched Mean Girls and had dinner. Fab! read more
