She is honest and will not put extensions in your hair if it's not healthy enough or if your hair can't handle it. She truly makes miracles happen for so many people. Personally, I have tried many different brands of extensions and there is nothing that compares to the Great Lengths extensions. The hair is simply amazing and blends in perfectly with all hair types. It doesn't shed nearly as much as other brands I have tried out and the bonds are the color of your hair so you can't even tell there are there. This is also partly because of the placement from Ursula and the way she customizes the bonds so they are smaller. I usually get 5 bundles of 16" hair and it only takes her about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to complete the service! I couldn't be happier with my service! Ursula always does an amazing job and it is definitely worth the money! Simply AMAZING!

I was finally able to find her again through Diva's Facebook page and I'm so glad. I booked a haircut and full highlight, wanting to go back to my natural color so my hair could continue to grow and be healthy. I didn't realize I should have booked for a color correction, but Michelle moved her clients around to give more time to do my hair. I would have been more than understanding to reschedule, but thankful she was able to fit me in! One of the other ladies was amazing as well running to the store to get more product for my hair. It doesn't look like a huge change, but this was removing box color from my hair so it could better match my roots and a treatment to prevent damage. I am also not a huge talker and shy during appointments like this, but it didn't feel awkward at all and I had a chance to just enjoy being pampered and relax. Overall, I'm so grateful Michelle and the ladies were so accommodating and understanding with me. There wasn't frustration even for a split second. I will continue coming back to Michelle and recommending Diva's to everyone!

I went in for a Dry Style and it was everything I wanted and more. My appointment was at 9am but I got there a few minutes early and they were able to take me right away which I really appreciated. My hair took a total of 25 minutes which blew me away given I do have a lot of hair but it was absolutely beautiful and everything I wanted. I wish I remembered the name of the girl who did my hair as she was awesome - super professional from start to finish and even stopped a few times to get an idea on if I liked the progress and for any feedback, if necessary.
