I've mentioned the level of care that Kim takes each time she does my lashes. I am not a family member or friend who is writing this. I am a genuine customer who has been through several lash technicians and have finally found the one! She uses sensitive glue for those who have sensitive eyes. She listens to your needs and makes you walk out looking just the way you want. She is experienced in working with different types of lashes. I have never been tempted to look for anyone else since I've found Kim. I've mentioned this before, but don't let the limited reviews fool you. Kim is a seasoned lash technician. My initial appointment went ok and I scheduled a 4 week f/u appointment. At my initial appointment someone else was there getting their eyelash extensions done and they were trying to get her to pay extra since Groupon discounted the service more without their "permission" and that was a bit unsettling. On the day I was supposed to get my touch up I had forgotten due to a car accident. As soon as I had remembered I reached out to them and asked to reschedule. Keep in mind I remembered 5 days later so not even a full week yet. They said that I can reschedule online and would need to put down a $50 deposit. I asked if the deposit was refundable since I paid in advance already. They said no and that I would have to pay again since I missed my appointment. And that the touch up was "free" if I did it within that 4 week window. I said as a courtesy they should do it for me anyways without having to pay because I had already paid and it has only been 5 days. I asked them for proof where it says the touch up is "free" in that 4 week timeframe although I paid extra for it on the Groupon and they couldn't do so. I kept asking for proof either in a contract or waiver I had signed and they were unable to do that as well. I asked for a partial refund since I had paid extra for the touch up and they told me to take my complaints and refund to Groupon. They also claimed to have called me about my appointment, but they never did. Very disappointed on how they handled this and very unprofessional.
