They were flexible with everything-- the time, the place, the ceremony. She has a huge packet of sample ceremonies, so we picked one and then swapped some more personal things in like our own vows and a reading we selected. During the ceremony, Judie spoke with such a joyful tone, I truly felt like she knew us and was so happy we were getting married. Liam is the photographer, and while he might seem a little shy at first, he is a BLAST to work with. I told him that we'd like nice, bright photos, and also expressed my concern regarding some ugly fence in the background. He really made everything work, and we had a great time during our one-hour photo shoot. We got 50 pictures back (less than a week later) and LOVE every single one of them. We met her and Liam in the Park, the ceremony was lovely and exactly what we wanted. It was SOOOOO COLD that day, we called it early on photos (we got two hours with the package we bought). I think we froze Judie to near death, as well as my mother-in-law, but we still got some very nice pictures. Prices were very reasonable as well, if you price two hours with a photographer in NYC, you will find that these two offer a great deal.

We were thrilled with our proofs, but when we asked for them and our videos to be provided in the form of a USB, we were ignored. Both videos were linked to Natalie Hedley Caro's Vimeo account. Once the Vimeo account expired, we were unable to access any of our wedding videos. Only once did I hear back from her after sharing mutual frustration with several other unhappy customers via her Instagram account. This seemed to gain her attention more than my pleas for copies of our wedding videos. After paying 7K to Natalie and reaching out to her several times, we are still unable to access our wedding videos. Emails bounce back as undeliverable and her website has been deactivated. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for a reliable photographer. Very disappointed with Natalie.

As soon as we met with her, I knew I wanted to work with her. She is super professional, down-to-earth and offered really helpful advice when we needed it. We hired Erganic for their "day of" services, which actually began two months before the wedding. Sojourner and her team put together a great day of schedule for us, contacted all of our vendors and maintained contact with them up and thru the wedding day. I didn't have to worry about a thing on our day, which was fabulous! One of her team members, Andrea, was assigned to me on the wedding day as my attendant. I can't say enough great things about her. She attended to my every need, yet gave me the space I needed to enjoy the day. She even helped work out a mishap with my makeup artist. Her other assistant, Michelle, was on the ball as well, sending us emails to make sure they had every detail in place for the day. Everyone from Erganic was amazing and I can't recommend their services more. I was truly impressed with their dedication in making sure we had the best wedding day ever!

Wedding, April 24, 2016 One word LIFESAVER!…read more I chose the wedding management package which began 4 months prior to my wedding day. Sojourner and Vanessa were amazing! I received due dates for checklist items, a timeline, preferred vendor list, Vanessa and I met a few times to discuss my vision and she helped with my decision making. I didn't have to chase each vendor throughout the process or on my big day, she made sure they got everything they needed. My biggest fear was being late but vanessa created a time line that I tried my best to stick to. The day of, she arrived at my house and assisted the videographer and photographers with anything they needed. I almost forgot my husbands gift but she remembered! The minute we arrived at the venue I got a huge surprise from Sojourner! I was feeling so confident everything will move according to plan but it never does because it's a wedding! A few people saw me before the ceremony because the venue did not have a place for guests to wait so vanessa and Sojourner helped take care of that. They were on the hunt for the ring bearer and flower girls but most of all when my in laws were running late, somehow the ceremony went on and we still managed to end the reception on time. I didn't feel stressed and I really don't know how they did it but one thing is for sure I couldn't have enjoyed a smooth carefree day without them. Thank you both!!!!

There were so many pivotal moments where she stepped in without hesitation. She made sure my wedding dress got safely to the bridal suite, brought my husband's tux to his changing room, and handled so many incredibly important logistics that would have been stressful for anyone else to manage. I truly could not have gotten through the day without her. Beyond being incredibly organized and proactive, Dina has the perfect personality for this job. She was kind, calm, and completely collected the entire time. Weddings can be chaotic, and there were moments, but she kept everything grounded and stress-free. She even made sure I was eating, drinking water, and at one point appeared with a Diet Coke with a straw when I needed it most! Dina was my wedding content creator for my NYC wedding on November 6, 2026. I want to start by…read moresaying that the actual content she captured was truly amazing. She sent me around 300 videos and really captured our entire wedding night. She was also very nice on the day of our wedding, and I was extremely happy with the footage she delivered. Unfortunately, communication was a completely different experience. It was difficult to get in touch with her before the wedding, and we never had a phone call beforehand to discuss my vision or any special requests. At one point, I genuinely wasn't sure if she was going to show up. My videos were delivered through a shared album on my phone. I was never told that the album would expire or that I only had a certain amount of time to download everything, and I never signed anything stating that. When I realized on June 20 that the album was gone, I immediately started trying to contact her. Over the next several months, I texted Dina on July 6, 9, 13, and 20; August 3 and 12; and sent Instagram DMs on September 8, 10, and 14. I even submitted an inquiry through her website on September 12 hoping she would see it. I also contacted Amore Moment multiple times, and they eventually told me they were having trouble reaching her as well. Thankfully, my wedding planner/coordinator, Eva with Oziba Design Collective, had saved all of the videos and was able to send them back to me. I am incredibly grateful to her because otherwise I still wouldn't have my wedding content. I'm not saying not to hire Dina because the content she created for us really was beautiful. However, if you do hire her, download and back up EVERYTHING immediately. Do not assume you'll be able to access the shared album later. I had a question about changing my name and immediately Robyn got back to me WITH HELPFUL DOCUMENTS I WILL NEED! It's like she has the answers to everything Robyn is so warm and welcoming. When we met her on the day of our wedding, Robyn made us feel at ease and soothed our wedding day jitters! We were getting married outdoors and it began to rain. Robyn took initiative and secured us a location at a nearby restaurant in case the rain didn't stop. We were so impressed! She officiated our wedding with such grace and really brought our family and friends together.
