I truly don't even know where to begin because every single part of this experience exceeded anything we could have ever imagined. The venue itself is unreal. It is hands down the most beautiful venue in all of New Jersey. It literally feels like an absolute fairytale being brought to life. Every corner, every detail, every view is just breathtaking. We kept looking around the entire night thinking, "we really got married here?" I still cannot believe we were able to have our wedding at a place this stunning. It is truly top tier. But what made everything even more incredible was the staff. Every single person we interacted with, our maitre d' and coordinator especially, and the entire team, were beyond professional. I mean truly beyond. Nothing was short of absolute perfection with them. Everything was organized, seamless, and handled with such care and precision. I thought one or two things could go wrong because that's just how weddings go. But No mistakes with this staff. What honestly shocked us the most was how many of our vendors pulled us aside just to rave about the staff. Not one, not two, but multiple vendors stopped us and said that in all the weddings they've worked, they have never seen a team this organized and professional. They told us they go to weddings every single weekend, and that this was on another level. Hearing that from people who are constantly in this industry really put into perspective just how incredible this team is. On top of that, my husband and I were honestly so overwhelmed throughout the day, and the staff just took over everything in the best way possible. We brought in so many personal items and decor pieces, fully expecting that at the end of the night we'd probably lose a few things here and there because things get chaotic and things get misplaced. But somehow, they packed every single item back exactly how we brought it, and loaded everything into our car without breaking a sweat. They even escorted us out and sent us on our way with a huge smile at the end of the night. And the food... I don't even have the words. We didn't add anything extra, this was just their standard offering, and our 250 guests are still talking about it. So many people told us it was the best cocktail hour they have ever seen in their lives. The amount of food, the quality, the presentation, it was beyond anything we expected. Everyone says the one thing guests always remember from a wedding is the food, and I know for a fact people are going to remember ours because it was just that good. From our very first meetings through the wedding day, she handled everything with such professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. She kept up with our incredibly busy schedule, was always accommodating and understanding, and remained flexible even with our last-minute changes. She put everything together so seamlessly that we were able to simply enjoy our wedding without worrying about a single detail. From the moment I arrived at the Castle, I was greeted by our wonderful maître d' and immediately felt completely taken care of. I was also welcomed by two beautiful young ladies, Nicole and Adriana, who were personally by my side from the second I stepped out of the car and throughout the entire day. I genuinely cannot put into words how incredible they were. They helped clean and bustle my dress, kept my lipstick in their pockets and made sure it was reapplied throughout the night, made sure I was always fed and hydrated, and constantly checked that I had absolutely everything I needed. They anticipated my needs before I even had to ask. I never once had to worry about anything -- they were always one step ahead of me. I truly felt like a princess that entire day. The amount of care and attention they gave me allowed me to be completely present and enjoy every second of my wedding. And the food was absolutely phenomenal. Our guests still cannot stop talking about it! Before the wedding, one of our concerns was whether there would be enough food for everyone, but looking back, we laugh because we simply did not realize the level at which The Legacy Castle operates. The amount, variety, presentation, and quality of the food completely exceeded anything we could have imagined. We added the sushi boats, which were a HUGE success with our guests and absolutely worth it. And then came the Viennese display -- it honestly felt like walking into Willy Wonka's chocolate room. Everywhere you looked there was something beautiful and delicious. It was over-the-top in the absolute best way and such an unforgettable way to end the night. The level of care was unlike anything I have ever experienced. It wasn't simply good service -- it felt personal. Every member of the staff made us feel as though our wedding was the most important event in the world to them that day. Even our vendors could not stop talking about how impressed they were by the professionalism, organization, and service of The Legacy Castle team. That alone says so much. I am still in awe of how beautifully and seamlessly everything came together. I truly don't think I have ever experienced this level of service anywhere in my life. It was worth every single penny we spent. Being able to enjoy our wedding day knowing that we, our families, our guests, and even our vendors were being taken care of at such an extraordinary level was priceless. He helped me make mindful edits and suggestions as an unexpected injury almost sidelined the whole event. His team was so understanding at pivoting all throughout the day. There were so many last minute changes that took place. They were such great sports about everything. They were super patient, very professional when approached and helped me with every change up needed. All of my guests had a fabulous time with DJ Winston, spinning tunes and giving out light up sticks on the dance floor (that was a very nice surprise). Winston was so easy to work with. He arranged our playlist perfectly. Ben, our photographer, was really super! He helped us with staging, posing, checked for optimal angles and lighting. Did retakes on the spot if it wasn't perfect. I really appreciated that. All throughout the event, he was running around taking shots, double and triple checking my pre-set list of must have photos. He didn't miss a beat. During our event, I recall seeing him on the floor, behind the tables, by the back wall - I mean he was literally everywhere! I think he was more anxious than I, about the photos I said I wanted as he reminded me a few times that I didn't take the few shots that said I wanted. LOL (No worries Ben, you did it, we got them all)! And kudos to our photo booth attendant, Jeffrey. A man of very few words but he was patient and took care of 70+ guests in 4 hours. He manned the photo booth solo and it ran very smoothly. Between the multiple prints for each person and those re-takes, he was so quick. (Some of us were caught off guard so outtakes and retakes were indeed a thing). The 40+ teens definitely had a great time taking photos at the booth. All of our photos came out great. Choosing the photo layout and card design was actually the hard part - we took a bit of time to choose. Our guests really enjoyed the variety of props provided, you could tell the had fun with it. The best part was the silver backdrop we chose for our booth -- it was classy and stylish. Loved it and it complimented our decor! I totally recommend Dynasty Weddings without reservation. When it came down to the wedding, everything was amazing! Everyone was raving about the photo booth and the animated GIFS! The prints/photos were some of the highest quality I have seen from a wedding! Tommy was great with the light setup and managing the photo booth! Following the wedding, we also received a photo gallery. The pictures were enhanced and everyone looked amazing in their shots. Chris and his team provided ease of access to the photos for us to relive all the memories! DJ Lo provided such a great ambiance and really transformed the dance floor when the time came! Seasons is easily one of the best places I've been to, hands down. The outside/grounds - beautiful. Inside - equally impressive. Cocktail hour - ridiculously over-the-top. How they could knock out hundreds of plates that all looked good and at my specific table we ordered all the options and everyone was happy (and stuffed). Desserts - (another time a lot of places falter) - a delicious 'sampler platter' of Italian greatest hits (tiramisu, cannoli, etc.), and each one was a hit. Valet parking - funny enough when we first pulled in the guy just pointed at a spot for me to park in and later it was a blessing in disguise since I could just leave on my own, so I can't really comment here. Only issue - the damn volume of the DJ and music but that's on them and not Seasons. (I lost my voice - so I guess I had a great time, huh?!)
