Not only was I charged $10 for delivery after the website says free delivery for local orders, they didn't even send it out. And this is after I left a 20% tip because I had hoped they would take good care of the order. Looks like they have a history of this per other reviews on Google: would not recommend ordering from them online especially if the system is this unreliable. Called the morning after it was supposed to be delivered and they said they will call me back, but they didn't. They finally delivered the order after all the complaining. They didn't apologize once for their mistake nor did they even acknowledge it. On top of that, for the custom flower arrangement a near $90 value only 5 flowers were in the whole arrangement.
