I have now contacted the hotel multiple times, and Drew acknowledged that he remembers telling me that. However, I am now being told that no one can process the refund until the manager, Trina Ledger, returns on Thursday. In other words, they know the charge was wrong, but are still not correcting it immediately.

Actors still ran around frightening guest. The DJ was pumping jams the entire time. They sell food, drinks and merchandise too but be prepared to spend quite a bit. The haunted house was full of detail and each room had something special to scare you to the fullest. We were in there for a while. Sorry, I couldn't keep track. I was terrified lol. Definitely got our 45 dollars worth. Then after almost loosing my voice and feeling relieved that it was over, we were guided to the second haunted house. Yes I said it, A SECOND HAUNTED HOUSE! and it's already included in your admission. The second one is a 3D haunt with glasses. Very trippy. Full of balloons and confusion and CLOWNS! MWAHAHA! Try to avoid Saturdays in October. One of the attendings working the line said there was a 4 hour wait. I remember that too because I went on a Saturday last year. And avoid coming here drunk on your ass. They won't tolerate drunk or high people who are causing scenes. I saw them kick out lots of people in line who were making a ruckus. I gave this place 5 stars because it deserves it. Their haunt is one of the best. Try to avoid Saturdays unless you don't mind the long wait. I told him my hair is naturally curly and he said "you're a natural liar". To me that was not entertaining, it just felt hostile and hurtful, not funny. It turned me off from this experience big time. Almost every actor inside the haunted house was screaming and it got very repetitive. I was hoping to see some more interesting or clever acts, not just screaming in my face over and over.
