I keep hoping the rudeness it's just a one-off circumstance but sadly it's not. It's as if customers are an annoyance. Does the auto-added 18% gratuity really mean ya'll have zero incentive to be kind? I really wish the compulsion to make customer care a priority mattered more to them, auto-tip or not. It's such a stark contrast to the vibe at their sister restaurant Lola's. Lola's is warm, welcoming, and actually appreciates your business. It's confounding how these two restaurants can be owned by the same family.
