I'm giving it five stars, because to me it was perfect. Let me describe. The Bun 9/10 soft and fluffy, great flavor. The fixings 9/10 Strike sauce, lettuce, pickle, and if you choose American cheese. You could have caramelized, onions or bacon, added to it as well. The strike sauce is ketchup, mayo, mustard. Mixed perfectly. They have so many drinks to choose from. I decided to get the Mountain Dew pineapple apple so good. The service was excellent, friendly smiles, answered any questions that I had. Food came out, had a very fast reasonable time for quality to be met. This place is meant to have orders to go. It did seat around eight inside and had some seating outside available if you wanted to eat there. My overall experience 10 out of 10. I'll definitely be coming back. If you've been waiting to find or try a really good Smashburger, there's definitely no need to look any further. This little hidden gem is perfect to curb. You're cravings.

We started with the family-size Smokey Roque salad. Everything tasted fresh, and the blue cheese dressing was flavorful without being overpowering. The homemade bread arrived warm and delicious with just a touch of salt, I could have eaten the entire loaf! For our entrées, we ordered the Spicy Sausage Rigatoni, Pork Ragu, Al Tartufo, and the pork chop which was the special for the day (forgot the name). I chose the Vongole, and it was out of this world! Pasta with clams is one of my favorite dishes, so I thought I knew what to expect, but this version was so much more flavorful. The herbs added wonderful flavor, while the hint of lemon enhanced the dish without overpowering it. Every clam was open, so none went to waste. When my plate arrived, was sure I would have leftovers to take home but I enjoyed it so much that I ate every bite including the pasta!! The restaurant's website says they use "fresh, high-quality ingredients sourced from local, sustainable, and organic farms," and they absolutely live up to that promise!! The reception area may seem small when you first walk in, but don't let that fool you. We sat in the dining area on the left, but the other side has a bar, additional tables, a small private dining room that seats about a dozen people, and another larger dining space. The restaurant feels cozy and inviting while still offering plenty of room. Alex, our server, was wonderful. When he learned that my brother and sister-in-law live nearby and had visited before, he took the time to note their names. It was a thoughtful touch that made the experience feel even more personal! We walked about 15 minutes to the restaurant. It was a fun way to begin and end the evening, and no one had to drive after enjoying wine and margaritas! Bethany's Table is worth supporting not only because it's a neighborhood bistro, but because they do an excellent job!! The atmosphere is welcoming, the food is beautifully prepared, and the fresh, locally sourced ingredients truly shine!! We'll definitely be back, sooner rather than later!!

Part of it is Steve and I hardly ever go to Beaverton and we were a little bit concerned with the Yelp score average. But we decided to give it a try a little while back as it was it's time and we want to check out and be as completeist as possible with breweries in this area. The beer that Steve and I had was the Muddy Valley Oatmeal Stout. Now, I also tried their beer a lighter beer type at their McMinnville location and it was just okay... but this Oatmeal Stout I liked quite a bit more. So I suggest focusing in their dark beers. The flavor highlights in this beer are sweetness and Oatmeal. It is also smooth and creamy in body. For a Stout it isn't a very heavy beer and is on the light bodied side which sometimes you come across a Stout that is like that but it isn't something I'd call commonplace.
