The esthetician was friendly, boisterous, loud and immediately jumped into performing the service without instructions or warnings. She did a good job applying the under eye patches, tints, etc. When it was time to take the tint off she dug cotton balls into my eyes - way deeper than was necessary and without care - that toxic dye got in my eyes and it was SO painful. She washed my eyes out with saline like 6 times because I demanded it but they still stung. She never apologized - just "yep, it stings don't it", like I was some sort of torture subject. I don't think she was properly trained! I have had my brows and lashes tinted dozens of times in other salons and sure there is a little sting but the esthetitian knows how to carefully remove the dye so that the sting is minimal and she is compassionate and thorough with the saline. I don't think this woman got all the dye out because my eyes still stung for the rest of the day and into the night, extra dry, red on the inside of the eyelid... 3 days later my eyes are still recovering. Google says the dyes are not FDA approved and can cause serious damage to the eyes - I was freaking out. The place is cute but I would NEVER go here again.

I took a risk and received Botox from someone else and this is what I get. Ashley is who did my Botox so avoid at all cost. I would skip this place entirely. I won't be going back. They also made them much shorter which looks very bad. The woman doing the wax told me she doesn't listen to clients and goes off their bone structure. Sounded nice but the result is embarrassing. They clearly don't train employees correctly. I'm leaving for a trip tomorrow and I am so embarrassed to be anywhere in public after my wax. I contacted corporate but have not heard back. I have never had my eyebrows butchered so badly. I hope they grow back....
