Second - expect great latency when trying to reach management or ownership. I'm not sure why, but it took me several emails and follow up to get answers & to cancel the membership. And yes, emails ... no phone number available nor provided when pressed to actually speak with the shop owner/manager. Third - training seems to be an issue. The staff at the shop are slow and appear to be learning. After 2 services that each lasted about 40 plus minutes, I could not take any more pain. Training the staff would show up in quick, efficient, and comfortable services. This is not the staff's fault, but management for not training & inspecting their team. Overall, I do not recommend this place for hair removal - it painful, long & confusing with pricing/membership that the team doesn't even understand.

Highly recommend Restorative Glow for sugaring! I have not had any waxing or sugaring done before,…read moreand Carrigain really explained things thoroughly, counted with each pull, and overall made the experience so wonderful. I LOVE the lavender aftercare spray they use as well! I am a person who asks lots of questions and am anxious trying new things, and I really felt relaxed throughout the whole experience. Although this spa is across town for me, I made the trek back for a second time and will continue to go over and over again. Tip: Appointments can be booked a month out for Fridays especially, but it was really easy to get an appt within a week on other days!

I was nervous to try out a new spray tan before an important vacation (I had intended to get a…read moretrial run a few weeks in advance, but never got around to it). It looks great though! I wanted my stomach to match my arms and legs since I spend a lot of time outdoors, but very little in a bikini. I also wanted my face to match, but be mostly unchanged, which seems like a difficult request. That's exactly what I got. It's very even and natural. Caroline took the time to blend it with a brush where needed, and she did an extra pass around my pale torso to make sure it matched the rest of me. I couldn't be more happy with the service. Caroline was also very professional and friendly. As someone who doesn't often strip down in front of strangers, the fact that she made me feel comfortable was really important. This is definitely my new go to place for the occasional spray tan. She's sending me care instructions too, which will be helpful. About the space: it's not in a *great* location near Colfax, but it's easy to get to. The office building it's in is nice with plenty of parking. Their suite is on the second floor, newly remodeled and really cute. It has a great vibe. It's also quite small, so I like that it will never feel crowded.

We had mentioned this was a special event for our group, and it was made so special. The entire space was set up so thoughtfully for Valentine's Day--everything was adorable and felt festive without being over the top. We were welcomed with pink Red Bull, strawberry mimosas, and chocolate-covered strawberries, which was such a fun touch and really set the tone for the day. I had a facial and brow wax and tint, and both were fantastic. Cheri did my facial and it was truly relaxing--especially the chocolate mask, which smelled amazing and felt incredible. The shoulder and arm massage during the facial was the cherry on top. My brows look so much better, and it was honestly the least painful wax I have ever had. Such a relaxing, well-done experience from start to finish. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a special treat or a little self-care.
