She walked me back to a room and told me to lay on the bed. I struggled to get on the bed, no offer for assistance from her. I asked for something to put under my knees as laying flat on my back is painful. She slapped a rolled up towel on the table. The facial wax was the most painful one I have ever had. She offered no assistance when I was trying to get off the table. No conversation during the entire time I was there. I will never return.

But I wanted to give it another go cause I'm tired of filling in my brows everyday. In the before photo, you can see how the ink was faded and you can see my natural hair again, along with the red tint from the previous job. So I decided why not try again with someone more experienced. Jessika did my brows and it was comfortable, almost painless, I could have fallen asleep. (I fall asleep when she does my lashes) I asked for a more natural look than the bold design I had before. It's just a personal preference for a subtle brow for me....and she executed it perfectly! She did a color correction, reshaped them to fit my eyes and shape of face better. I forgot to save a freshly done pic :( but here's the end result! 3-4 weeks healed. It was easy to select my appointment type and easy to select a stylist. I selected Hannah H because she had great reviews on the app. I parked on the street. Not too crowded but I think it was because I went during a Bronco game ha ha. When I arrived, the hostess greeted me. You are required to wear a mask inside so it made me feel safe. Hannah was waiting when I arrived. She greeted me with a big smile (with her eyes). I told her I just needed to reshape my eyebrows. We got to know each other a little bit and I loved our conversations. I felt like she really took the time to get to know me and shaped my eyebrows beautifully. I was meeting my boyfriends mom for the first time that weekend and wanted to clean up my eyebrows. She told me not to stress and that she would take care of the rest!
