having heard great things about this business, i contacted it for a design-only plan for my kitchen. the man who showed up to do the job asked no questions about what i wanted to achieve, what i liked about the current kitchen, what i didn't like, any ideas i had.
he just began taking measurements. when i asked why he started there,. he said that's how he did things. he left without asking me specifics of what i wanted.
what i got was a plan that eliminated the best of my current kitchen design, and, in fact, introduced dysfunction where none had existed.
