It's so hard spending almost 10 dollars on a latte in the city, and sometimes they are simply bad. This was not the case at all. The espresso was perfectly brewed, oatmilk creamy and the cookie butter was such a great flavor. The barista was super friendly telling me all about their community board and some of the stuff going on in the neighborhood. Vibrant is definitely a staple for me now.

They have lots of coffee, but I can't speak to it as I've only had coffee here twice, long ago. Soup-wise, they usually have at least three types ready to go. Choose your preference, pick a size, and pick a side (bread or Utz chips). I usually get soup to go, and chips (because Utz). They're open early (6:30am), but soup's isn't ready until 8am. Soup flavors rotate. If you see them, my favorites are their shrimp and corn chowder, and their Thai soup. There are multiple Passero's, but I've only been to this one. (Been coming here since 2023!) Every time I visit Philadelphia I map out how close I am to their nearest location. This Elixr isn't super exciting. It is a stand located inside a bank. There are a few seats, that are really comfy, placed by huge windows that overlook the street. This location feels a lot more sanitized and less personal than the other locations I've visited. It definitely is curated to fit in with the bank vibes. That being said, the strawberry oat milk latte crushes no matter which Elixr you get it from and I love that they are able to have a spot in this part of the city.
