We are the most welcoming country to people of all backgrounds, lifestyles, gender identities, languages and religions!), the store isn't open but the website is. Highlights: 1. If you want to take things in then call ahead to make an appointment because you'll need one. There is a regular section and a designer section. Some of the clothes still have tags on them (thank you to those women who buy items but decide not to wear them!). They carry all sizes so you're sure to find something. Reasonable prices, especially if the item is on sale. Loyalty card gets you a $25 certificate after five purchases over $50. Helpful staff didn't make me feel as though they suspected every customer was trying to shoplift, an attitude far too prevalent in retail today.

Even though I rinsed the recommended suit in cold water, it has lost its shape and become saggy. Today I was told by store Staff that there is a bathing suit laundry soap which I was not told about at time of purchase. Now, six months later, the Staff at the store said they don't guarantee bathing suits used in chlorine pools and there was nothing they could do about it. I would not recommend buying a bathing suit from My Top Drawer if you are going to wear it in a chlorine pool. I feel that Staff need to be more forthcoming about the risks when buying a suit from this place. I definitely would not recommend My Top Drawer.

A fellow customer was much more helpful and I told her I'd give her a reference if she was looking for a job (she wasn't). So virtually no help. Won't go back there again. I understand businesses want to get rid of instore shopping and their lack of service might get them there but, there are still customers who prefer to shop in person - Skechers might want to make those customer's experiences a little more user friendly.

I enjoyed London. On Saturday, I decided to figure out where everything was. I stumbled across this Skechers store, which was next to the MEC store that I had wanted to visit. I love Skechers. I would be an excellent spokesperson for the brand and would not stop anyone from giving me free sneakers. They are comfortable and are accommodating to women who have large feet. I wear a size 11. Luckily, Skechers makes shoes for me. If you go to the back of the store, you will find clearance shoe items. I found a wonderful, comfy pair of sneakers. The foam insoles are heavenly. My sneakers were 40% off. I was wearing sandals at the time. There are plenty of clean, disposable foot socks. I slipped a couple on and tried my soon-to-be-mine sneakers. Staff here are nice and chatty. I would recommend visiting this store if you are in London. (229)
