So far so good. Not installed yet but my contractor is very impressed with the build quality. Shipping packing was very protective.

The installation was flawless. My new walkin tub is so therapeutic and soothing. I could not love it more.

My parents and I had a great sales experience over the phone with Ella Bubbles agent Daphne Espinosa and they now love their Ultimate Acrylic 30x60 Walk-in-Tub with Heated Seat. Just be sure to download the instruction manual and cleaning/maintenance guide from their website beforehand (not for sure if ours didn't come with them or our private contractor/installer didn't save them for us) because all buttons, bells and whistles are not labeled/marked as to each one's purpose, so kind of trial and error. Great experience overall and highly recommend EB. Thank you. read more

Highly recommend this company!! Oskars was wonderful to work with these tubs are of utmost quality.. I took a tour of the facility and the people that work here are professional and know what they're doing. Sadly, I could not take pictures of the inside of this company where they do their manufacturing due to proprietary rights. But the people that they hire and who work on these bathtubs know what they're doing... If I could give this company more stars than five I would. Anytime I ever have had any questions I can call Oskars and he helps with anything regarding questions on installation, electrical you name it. Kudos to a company that delivers a high quality product!! Their bathtubs are fantastic!! read more

Great service! Mr Sergio Avilles was very helpful even months after I made the purchase. The Monaco walk-in tub is everything I hoped it would be..love the heated seat feature and all the various levels of settings for the bubbles whirlpool massages. This is one of the best investments I have made especially having a degenerative disease. The plumbers were very impressed with the features. Also a Great value for the price. I was very pleased to purchase at a time when there was a big sale on the specific tub I was interested in. 4.8 stars only bc a small part was missing from the packaging of the column shower that I purchased with the tub. Can't wait to use shower! Will post pics when things are completed. read more

Great customer service from Ella!! Oscars Ganulevics was always available to answer any questions and said the tub would arrive in 6 weeks. It was in our garage waiting to be put in just about two weeks!! Currently it's all set up and the contractor is putting in the finishing touches, but we have already used it........what a joy, but definitely a night time experience because it is so relaxing!! read more

When I went looking for a walk in tub, I had very specific needs, it needed to be wheelchair accessible. It had to have a low threshold. It needed to open out and it needed to open to the left. so I went to the website of the top rated walk-in tub companies, thinking surely I'd find one that was perfect but none of them had what I was looking for. My contractor sent me the link to Ella's bubbles and not only did I find what I was looking for, when I called the company, they were so knowledgeable and they weren't just looking for a sale. They truly wanted me to find what I needed. they worked with my contractor on the specifics to make sure that the dimensions of my space would fit the tub that I wanted And the price was better than any of the other companies that I found.my contractor watched all the videos that Ella's bubbles provided, and he said it was the easiest install that he had ever done. I love my tub and will definitely be recommending Ella's bubbles to any of my friends and neighbors that are looking for a walk-in tub. Thank you Ella's bubbles. read more

We built a fully ADA home and installed an Ella's Bubbles tub after I did extensive research at the library. I am not disappointed! Very well made and cost under 10K! I love it. The water jets are very powerful. Great for my aches and pains. read more

I installed a tub with a L shaped door for my son who is in a wheelchair. He loves it!

We purchased a Royal unit after my wife had a serious accident and desperately needed a walk-in tub. We worked with Daphne Espinosa on the phone and received the unit in great shape. It is up and running and my wife loves it! I only gave 4 stars because we've only just begun using it so far. I like the fact that it's very well made, with excellent design features that made installation by my son (a bathroom contractor) much easier than he expected from his work installing walk-ins from other companies. He especially liked the fact that the access panels use magnetic mounts - very easy to take off and put back on. read more

Great investment. I purchased the walk in for two people. Plenty of space for those of us who might be carrying a few extra pounds. Technical support is amazing. read more

Great service from start to finish with communication and process. Just had it installed and was pleased with process.

Julie and Oskars were great - very professional. The tub is fantastic - my neighbors are jealous

Really nice walk in tub. My senior household is going to take full advantage of the wonderful jets that are more powerful than most hot tubs I've been in. This tub was so reasonably priced too. Tub today has provided excellent customer service. We're completely satisfied with our decision to go with Tub today and the Monaco walk in tub. read more

I spent $8500 on a walk in tub. Need a extra side extension it is $250 before taxes, mind you the item does not weigh much the shipping delivery time can only be two to three days no other option. It is nearly costing me $300.00 just for shipping. Prior to purchasing item I asked if the cost to add accessories would be higher later the sale person Jorge never mentioned the absorbant hike is shipping. Boy I thought there must be a mistake so called support there wasn't it is that high. Left message telling salesman he might want to inform the next person who ask about purchasing extra side extension that it's the shipping cost you need to contend with. read more

Warmest thanks to Steve Roth of Ella's Bubbles. Selecting and ordering the right walk-in tub can be intimidating, given the very wide array of products Ella's Bubbles offers, but Steve walked me through the process with patience, wisdom, and discernment, acting as my personal phone shopper. A big thank you to Steve and congratulations to Ella's for having such a knowledgeable, congenial counselor on staff. read more

An amazing tub for 2. We got one with all the optional accessories. Sweet. Fills fast, empties fast, gives you a lot of versatility.

We have enjoyed our Ellas Bubbles Ultimate tub since Sept 2024. Michael & Daphne were helpful with our purchase, shipping and installation of the tub. We enjoyed the tub and then the air pump stopped working...ugh. We could still use the hydrojets, but I was concerned that our tub would not clear out the water lines. So we contacted our installer and EllasBubbles...Killian was excellent! He helped our plumber find the air pump and how to differentially test if it was an air pump or controller problem. After testing, it was determined that the air pump failed. Killian had a new air pump delivered to our home tout de suite and this morning he was available if our plumber required any directions on removing the old pump and installing the new one. After installation, we confirmed the air pump worked, filled the tub and ran hydro jets with air jets to be sure the system properly cycled so that the clear out function would kick in post draining. It worked! thank you for your wonderful staff from sales, delivery and through repair outstanding all around. M & G G. read more

Ella's customer service is very responsive and helpful. They were able to answer all of our questions. The tub itself is amazing. Spacious, therapeutic and relaxing. The speed at which the tub fills and drains is impressive. The tub is everything we had hoped it would be. I highly recommend Ella's and their Monaco tub. read more

I am a senior citizen who is partially disabled and LOVES to take long, luxuriating baths. My body's weakest area is my lower back and my new Ella's Bubbles Transfer tub is absolutely stupendous! Oskars Ganulevics of Ella's Bubbles patiently answered my long list of questions and concerns. He discussed in detail their line of excellent walk in tubs to insure the best model for my needs. He also worked with me for over a year due to delays in having our A.D.A. designed home built, honoring the price he originally quoted. Previously after my incapacitation, I used a Sundance Spa with 9 different types of massaging jets for my back and my new Ella's Bubbles transfer tub rivals our Spa for working out all the knots and fully relaxing my muscles. The biggest difference is the absolute ease of getting in and out of this tub and not undoing all of the relaxed muscles trying to climb out as I had to do with the Spa. I can use the jets to massage all my back muscles which too often go into spasms and have 5 different strength settings for the air jet massagers as well. There are also jets to massage the back of your legs and your feet! HEAVENLY!!!! I was worried about having to sit in the tub for both the fill up and drainage of the water; however, both the quick fill and really rapid dual drains don't leave you a captive. You are in and out in record time. While the tub was draining, I used the hand held sprayer to do a final rinse off of both myself and for cleaning the tub. There are 3 different hand grips/bars which keep you steadied getting in and getting out. I came out of my bath feeling like I had slept off my pain and refreshed from having a full body masseuse work on me. I cannot recommend Ella's Bubbles highly enough. For me, it is a game changer for my pain management and my husband enjoys it too for some much needed relaxation from being my helpmate in all things. read more

Purchased a TransferXXXL for my mother and so far it's a success! The craftsmanship and service are top tier. Very professional and glad I went with them. The installation has to be done by your local company. It wasn't the smoothest install, even with a company who has done it multiple times (partially because of my 80 year old home) but they eventually got it in there. Really think about the install beforehand. In addition to the expensive tub, we had to pay for an extension of the bathroom for it to fit, replacing old pipes to handle the water volume, getting a tankless water heater, and electrical work. My mother REALLY wanted this thing but she's happy with it. read more

We bought a walk in Ella's Bubbles walk in tub that is quality made and awesome to use . Customer support was awesome and we would recommend this company to anyone looking for a spa experience in their own home . We recently purchased a Monaco walk-in tub from Ella's Bubbles for our new home and are so happy we found this company! The tub is well-constructed, easy to install, and looks beautiful in the bathroom. Taras Sergeev answered all our questions and walked our contractor through the process. When we tested the tub after installation, we were surprised how fast it drained- one minute and 16 seconds (with both drain lines connected to a single 2" drain line)! The 2-piece chrome fixture looks simple and uncluttered on the tub deck and is easy to use for bathing or showering with the chrome slider bar accessory. We spent a lot of time researching different manufacturers of walk-in tubs and were impressed by the well-designed, informative website and pricing transparency of the Ella's Bubbles Company. If you are looking for high quality at a great price, this manufacturer will not disappoint you! read more

The tub looks great! I can't wait to use it. I give it 5 stars because of the actual product & customer service. My biggest concern is the 3rd party installation. I've had the tub for over a month and it is still not fully installed as the installer is NOT returning phone calls and never finished leaving me no other option but to find someone else to finish the job. Ella's Bubble has a great sales staff that goes above and beyond & their prices are the best in the business. Have someone you trust to come in and install it. read more

Ella had a tub that allowed me to design my bathroom for aging in place with style and accessibility. the walk in tub is a great compromise so I can bathe AND still have a walk in shower that doesn't look like a geriatric tub. sadly the tub trim only comes in chrome and all of my fixtures are brushed nickel. read more

So far so good. Installed Big 4 Two tub and used it for the first time. Everything worked as promised.

Very satisfied with the product, customer service, and support. Oscar helped me research and find model for my therapy needs and guided me through the process. I really appreciate the patience and follow throughs throughout the whole process. read more

Bought a walk-in tub from them and would not recommend. We were told and it said in the specs we got that the tub would drain in approx 2 min but takes about 15-18 min to drain so your sitting in the tub just waiting for it to drain. Was installed and checked by licensed plumber and nothing wrong with plumbing. Paid about $500 extra for heated seat that barely gets warm. One of the push button knobs for the jets got stuck in the on position after just 6 uses and had to use something to pry it up and button cover came off and got scratched up. Called to get a replacement and it was never sent. Was also told that the tub would fit a stand size tub opening with the extension panel but once the tub was in and we went to put the extension panel on it was just slightly over an inch short. Again their own specs stated it will fit a standard opening and we confirmed this several times with the salesman before we bought the tub. We had to do a homemade fix for this which resulted in an extra seam on the tub which should not have been there. For the money spent on the tub which was substantial I would not recommend buying one from them. read more

Don't bother. This is a horrible company. Look elsewhere. My mom bought a tub manufactured by them. We also had trouble like others mentioned with buttons not working but let it go. Now the tub leaks and is un-usable. All I wanted was help finding someone who could work on their tubs. Multiple plumbers suggested I call the manufacturer. I wasn't even asking for warranty. They required paperwork of where it was purchased which I don't have because my mother who bought it is no longer living. I called them at least 5 times and was told by their own technician that they are too busy to help me. These tubs are expensive and not worth what you pay. Find another manufacturer that actually stands behind their product. I'm so disappointed. read more

I've got my Ella Elite walk-in bathtub from Studio 41 in Chicago and let me tell you that was a great experience. I could even go and see this walk in tub at manufacturer's Ella's Bubbles location and see it in action before I bought it with water filled, motors and light going on. Very happy with Ella Elite massage walk-in bath and would suggest to any of my friends. What a great product and therapeutic experience every time I am using it. Everyone at Ella's Bubbles were knowledgeable and very helpful. read more

One of the buttons on my tub stopped working within a few months of it being installed. They required you send a copy of your receipt/warranty by certified mail. Then it took their subcontractor three months to actually come and fix it. By then a second button was broken. I contacted Ella's Bubbles and they said they would get it fixed. By then the company that installed by tub was out of business and Sergio said he would find someone in the area. Nothing happened. He no longer returns my e-mails and I am stuck with a broken tub. I said I would hire someone to fix it and they could just pay. Of course they were not willing to do that. For the brief time all the buttons worked we liked the tub, but to pay that much and have it only work properly for a couple of months is unacceptable. WORST customer service EVER. read more
