I saw great reviews so i picked this place but wow i am never going back! Upon going in you can tell this place is cheap and dirty.. The women at the desk was nice though. I was told to pick a color but there were no colors to pick from?? not like every other salon where there's containers of dip powders and gel ect. I was told to pick from a swatch... they were all crusty and old.. so i asked if they had a color i know i like which thankfully they did. The women who checked me in said she would soak my nails (i got dip) and they dont even wrap the nails here...... they put your nails in this pink contraption ..So it took longer to soak off. thankfully i only had 3 nails left to do so because it would of taken all night. Anyway the women then leaves to observe a orange pencil sharpener SEVERAL times as i was there...and her HUSBAND did my nails..I should of just left there. but i was trusting the process and didn't want to be rude. The women was asking me all these personal questions which i didnt love..i dont know you. ANYWAY the nails are ready to be dipped great. The guy uses a cuticle pusher thing and it looked dirty.. again should of left then and didn't... i said several times i had one sensitive nail and that wasn't even taken into consideration... should of left. He goes to dip my nail in the color before even prepping the nail with the clear powder.. was told they don't do that?? well i told them they have to... so he did. he does the dipping of the color them starts shaving the nails so the point all the color comes off.. SEVERAL TIMES!! kept fixing them and re-dipping. I was there for 2 HOURS!!! 2 HOURS to do DIP nails?!?!? no thanks. I just need to hope that the dirty A*** tools they used didn't have HEP-C or other dieses on them . Never again... and the kicker?! the place was busy!! non stop callers, people coming in to make appointments...People there are way better places... I'll drive an hr to my old salon from now on.

Though prices have recently increased slightly, the quality and service make it worth it. The staff is hardworking, friendly, and talented. I only get pedicures for now due to gardening, my hands and nails are in rough shape. But may treat myself to them come winter. My feet are happy.

I went in for a mani and a gel pedi, $35 each. Not unreasonable. No soap, crystals, or astringent…read moreof any kind in the pedi water. My water was tepid, but I didn't say anything and should have. The gel mani was minimal. Water for soaking cuticles was tepid and there was no soap in the water. The technician didn't dehydrate my nails which I know (my sister is a nail tech and way too busy to fit me in) is necessary so that the gel polish stays adhered to the nail without lifting. Again, I said nothing to the tech. What I did finally say was that my gel polish did not match my toes; the tech worked and said nothing. When I spoke up that my hand polish was pink and my toe polish was blue, she acted surprised and said they were the same number. I responded that whoever had filled this bottle filled it with the wrong polish. I chose another color to have over the pink and it worked out almost identical. Now, I do have to say, much to my surprise, that I am at two weeks and the gel that I thought would be peeling and gone is still going strong. It's been two weeks tomorrow I don't think I will go back but I can't say that either of the services haven't lasted.

I pass about fifteen different nail salons and drive twenty minutes out of my way to go here. Even now, that Tiny is no longer there- his mom still is!!- it's worth every second of the drive out of the way. I don't always need crazy designs. The gel topcoat is also worth the extra $5.. Why don't other nail salons do this?? Not sure if it makes my nails last longer but I'll happily pay $5 for no dry time! I will say that I have noticed business isn't as busy recently. Some of the nail techs are much quicker than others but I've never been completely disappointed and they're great especially when I have my daughter with me!! They don't get aggravated like some other salons would! Totally grateful for this place!

Called and they got me in right as I got there. No wait for a walk in??? Amazing. 1. The salon was SUPER clean!!! Most chic salon I've seen in decades.
