My first visit to DR Rower I was skeptical and wanted to see if he was the real deal or if he was just another quack out to sell unneeded treatments. The first thing I noticed during my initial exam was that he went right to the point of issue without me telling him. Next he added in stretching techniques to the treatment and gave me tips to help my recovery. Lastly when the visit was over he gave me an HONEST assessment and told me to only come as I felt I needed adjustments and to do certain stretches. Whenever I visit he is genuinely warm and personable. We even talk about our families. I always leave feeling better physically and personally after each visit! The office is clean and modern and the staff are polite and efficient. And they take most insurance.

Granted, it's not all without some discomfort, but no pain, no gain, right? Prior to beginning treatment, I had neck issues that would occasionally cause me to stop in my tracks (a few times per week) for a moment until the kink would sort of work itself out &/or I felt safe to move my head again. Additionally, I've been involved in multiple car accidents in my time and a slip-n-fall dating back to 1999. Getting involuntarily jostled around enough made its mark on me, but the aftermath of the fall included (compressed vertebrae) semi-annual flare-ups & muscle spasms, making life difficult all around for a few days at a time. Since beginning my visits with Dr. Steve, the neck issue has improved greatly, & the last time I felt a muscle spasm itching to rear its ugly head, it barely bothered me at all. Even my migraines have decreased in frequency & severity. Yay!! I can't even tell you how many times I've overheard other patients talk about the benefits they were experiencing. I took my session which is supposed to help you loose inches. She measured me before and after and I had lost an inch in my hips Who doesn't love that after being on the table for about 30 minutes. After my session we talked about what I was looking for and it turns out what I really needed was better health. Now don't get me wrong, I'm pretty healthy, but what I realized was some of the aches and pains I was accepting as my normal could be made better with adjustments. The machine timers are top tier for me because one of my concerns (from the past) was being left unattended and that does not happen here. They even check periodically to ensure all is well. I also was severely overcharged for sessions. I was put on a payment plan to pay my copayments over time. I was told I was paying 40 copayments off monthly, and that I had "great insurance " that covered 40 appointments. I found today that was a lie and only 30 appointments were covered by insurance, and they added on to my payment plan an additional 10 appointments that I now have to pay out of pocket for. I am stuck paying thousands of dollars off for the next year, and I'm still in pain! Would not go back to this establishment.
