Obviously, no one looks forward to being injured, but this is the place to go to if you need skillful care. Dr. Tim and his staff are so kind and really listen to their patients/clients. They take into account what the client is experiencing and they adapt treatment programs accordingly. If you are an athlete or not athletic at all, you will love this place equally. It is the most comfortable environment to go through physical therapy. My teenage daughter has a sports-related injury and I trust her care here. Just one-on-one time with an incredible physical therapist. I met Dr Jung after 2.5 years in pain (about 14 months of severe sciatic pain) that left me with pain-based scoliosis. Standing or walking for more than 15-30 seconds was incredibly painful and I couldn't stand up straight. Had seen 3 physical therapists and 3 chiropractors over those 2.5 years and none knew what to make of my issue after several months of treatment. Dr. Jung was kind enough to call me on his own time after work one evening and assured me his experiences could likely assist. Dr. Jung has a kind and compassionate presence along with wisdom from years of hands on experience and tons of training. Did you know Doctor's of Physical Therapy (DPT) can opt to go through residency and on to fellowships? He was one of the first 10 DPT fellows in the state of Maryland! He entered the room abruptly and defensively asked, "Why are you here?" because he had already read my MRI report. When we explained the referral to discuss a treatment plan for my herniated disc, he was dismissive and interrupted us, stating he could do nothing if we were seeking surgery. He then made a blanket assumption about my insurance, claiming Aetna would not cover surgery, without even knowing my specific policy details. While I have had excellent experiences within this practice with Dr. Adams, Dr. DeMarco, and Amy Holloway, Dr. Blam's rude, disrespectful demeanor left my husband and me completely stunned. She did not apologize but talked about the rain and traffic and life happens, etc. I tried to share my concerns with her one-on-one before I got into my session with my PT tech, Evan, who I wasn't aware I was being transitioned to, and she stood over me with her arms crossed even though I invited her to sit with me stating, "I don't sit ever," although she say due the majority of my evaluation appointment. She had a rebuttal for all my concerns, said I was calling her a liar, and was very combative. I ended the conversation by agreeing to disagree. Wait times were always reasonable and I never had problems with billing or any other hassles like that. Dr. Dreese himself seemed like a nice guy. He took the time to explain my injury to me and was happy to answer any questions that I had. The support staff (x-ray techs, nurses, etc) were all very courteous and professional. Thankfully I didn't need surgery so I didn't get the "full experience" so to speak.
