Fantastic staff! Faby, their receptionist, was welcoming and patient while I filled out my paperwork. This was the only chiropractor's office who had a same day appointment (I called 5 places). I saw Dr. Steve who was very kind and patient. I was in excruciating pain and he took the time to listen, do "tests", and figure out what was wrong, always asking if I was ok. I started going 3x/week to Dr. Steve for 3months, & now I'm in the "maintenance" phase. I'm thoroughly enjoying some of the results I've seen so far. Granted, it's not all without some discomfort, but no pain, no gain, right? Prior to beginning treatment, I had neck issues that would occasionally cause me to stop in my tracks (a few times per week) for a moment until the kink would sort of work itself out &/or I felt safe to move my head again. Additionally, I've been involved in multiple car accidents in my time and a slip-n-fall dating back to 1999. Getting involuntarily jostled around enough made its mark on me, but the aftermath of the fall included (compressed vertebrae) semi-annual flare-ups & muscle spasms, making life difficult all around for a few days at a time. Since beginning my visits with Dr. Steve, the neck issue has improved greatly, & the last time I felt a muscle spasm itching to rear its ugly head, it barely bothered me at all. Even my migraines have decreased in frequency & severity. Yay!! I can't even tell you how many times I've overheard other patients talk about the benefits they were experiencing. I think my issues are/were mild compared to them. One woman even said she'd finally slept through the night without her pain waking her. *********************************** I first met Dr. Steve and Debbie at a dinner he sponsored in May(hey, free food!) where he explained the basics of his specialty (subluxation) vs. regular chiropractic care, & it was enough to interest me in booking an evaluation the next day. It had been several years since my last visit to a chiropractor, & the neck issue needed attention, & the evaluation was a good deal. We had a follow up a few days later, & I've been a patient of his ever since. Debbie and Amy (the newest staff member) are always so friendly and personable...you can't help but feel welcome. Do yourself a favor and look into one of these dinners (every other month or so). Ask questions, and listen to what he has to say. This place totally rocks and they accept insurance ! I have been having pain after an accident and after only two sessions I'm feeling way better and I know there is only more good to come. I am someone who tried everything, physical therapy, epidural injections, pain medications, and surgery to relieve the debilitating sciatica pain, with no avail, I was willing to try anything, never considering going to a chiropractor! My wife attended a dinner that World Class Chiropractic hosted to hear what they had to say, she was convinced but I still was very hesitant. After the pain returned only 9 months post surgery she attended another dinner and said to me "what do you have to lose?" and only because of my love for her I was willing to give it a try. This is the 1st review I've left on Yelp, and I'm doing so because I am physically, and maybe a bit spiritually better for having visited WCC for just one month. I feel the entire Ellicott City community, and surrounding areas should know that there's a hidden gem within their midst's! I was on a work assignment for a few months, and with one month left I was introduced to Dr. Steve Silverston, a man with a true passion for his profession. Dr. Steve obviously has a deep passion for the personal well being, of each and every person I witnessed him interact with. I did not realize how out of whack I am, but Dr. Steve explained what I could do to help my body heal the years of neglect. I've a long way to go, but I thank Dr. Steve Silverston for providing me with the opportunity to start the healing process. As for Debbie Silverston, the Dr. says she's the office boss! Debbie very patiently, and happily explained the pre-adjustment warm-up exercises, stretches, and post adjustment ice pack, relaxation modes as well insuring my mats and pillow placements were just right. If you're going anywhere else for treatment, STOP! Come and see Dr. Steve. I've had back issues for years. YEARS! I would get some heat treatment followed by an adjustment, and be told to just take it easy. I would take pills for pain and feel miserable. Due to COVID-19, I was unable to get to my regular chiropractor after I threw my back out one Friday evening. Desperate, I searched online and I stumbled across World Class Chiropractic. I was unable to really move without extreme pain all weekend and by Monday, the desperation was extreme. I called on Monday and was given a prompt appointment. I have been seeing Dr. Steven Silverston for 2 months and what a change! I love to play golf and could not make a full turn when driving the ball. My back was so stiff. I have traveled across the country and have not found a better Chiropractor then World Class Chiropractic. I live north of Baltimore and travel the distance just to see Silverston. I've tried Chiropractors in my area but I don't get the results I'm looking for with any of them. Silverston is thorough and is interested in my full recovery not just adjustments. I feel better, am less tired and have so much more energy. I am hoping he moves his office to my area ;) but for now I will travel the distance.
