I usually visit the Owings Mills office and this was my first time here. This looks like a larger office at least from my perspective. Both Dr Brown and Dr Samson are fantastic and the office staff is extremely helpful and very friendly when setting up new appointments or changing appointments for future weeks. The staff, Jair, April, Cat, and Megan are super in all that they do and I can't recommend this practice enough. This location is a little further from my home but sometimes it works better with my schedule. Both this location and Owings Mills are fantastic and if you need Chiropractic care, K&S Chiropractic is the place for you to go. Highly recommend!! read more

K&S Chiropractic is exceptional. The team is flexible, super friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. From the first visit, they take the time to listen and tailor treatments to what you actually need. The care is professional, effective, and you can genuinely feel the results--these treatments work. It's the kind of practice that does things the right way and truly puts patients first. Highly recommend. read more

Scott has cared for myself and my family for over 20 years. Professional, knowledgeable, caring, effective in his technique and has a great sense of humor. As long as he has a practice, I will never change my chiropractor. K&S staff has always been so caring regarding their clients outcomes and will make the time when there is an inevitable emergency call for relief. read more

Office manager, Meghan Waynick, is a one in a million, a priceless asset to the practice of K & S Chiropractic. Years after my treatment she was able to retrieve my records, fax them out of state, and save me from insurance denying a critical and necessary surgical procedure. Years before now, Kevin and Scott were always sensitive to my calendar and physical restraints. I was a local h.s. English teacher at the time and they managed to keep me relatively pain free and mobile despite my degenerative spine condition. Regardless of whatever else was happening in their worlds, they met patients with optimism and confidence. I should have known they would continue to take care of me. They certainly have done so simply by maintaining my ability to access my records. Thanks to all involved. Fondly, Dottie Farley read more

The Doctors and their staff at K and S are absolutely the most amazing people! The doctors really listen! I have been to other chiropractors that just use a "one size fits all" approach which is worthless! These doctors tailor your care TO YOU! The office staff is super friendly and ALWAYS helpful. I have had several insurance issues and by the time I bring it to their attention, they have already remedied it with the insurance company! HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

After moving to the area, I looked for chiroprators. I went to a few but I just loved the whole visit at K & S some 20 years ago. I found that both doctors are good listeners and compassionate because I have had back, feet, legs and neck trouble for all of my adult life. They really want to help you feel better when you leave their office. All through the years their staff has been friendly and supportive. I recommend you give them at least a try. I am glad I did. read more

Excellent service and extremely professional. My family and I have always felt like new when we leave their office.

My husband went there when he was having back pain and they completely misdiagnosed him and advised him it wasn't anything serious. He was not getting better but they told him he needed to keep coming back. 3 weeks of seeing them and he still wasn't any better and they told him it was normal and nothing to worry about. He went to a back specialist and was told he had 2 herniated discs that the chiropractor may not have been able to immediately pick up on, but should've known after a week or two that something else was going on. It seemed like they knew he was in pain and was willing to try anything to feel better so they just kept taking his money knowing he would keep coming back as long as he had pain. I was not impressed. My sister and mother have gone there and say they like it but I would be careful. They seemed more concerned about getting our money than getting my husband better. He admitted he liked going because it was very mild temporary relief at first. But it wasn't a solution and they told him it was "normal" to still be in that much pain. read more

What an amazing place! Dr. Sampson is someone I will be thanking for the rest of my life. I was in a car accident recently- someone rear ended me and I ended up with a slightly injured with neck and lower back pains. I went to this chiropractor after seeing that the pain was not subsiding even after a few days. Dr. Sampson was very caring and helped me with my problems, and listened to me when I was telling him exactly what was aching. A very friendly and efficient doctor, and plus the staff was great there too! Thank you, Dr. Sampson! read more

If you are looking for a chiropractor, this is definitely the place to go. Dr. Scott Sampson is the best chiropractor I've been to, and I've been to a lot of them. I suffer from chronic migraines and neck pain. I've had migraines since I was 9 (I'm in my mid-30's now) and I had several car accidents and a back injury around the same age that caused me to start seeing chiropractors. I've moved to different states and seen a number of different doctors over the years but Dr. Sampson is by far my favorite. First off, I have been able to go in while suffering with a migraine and he is able to treat me and, in some cases, I can feel a difference by the time I leave the office. It doesn't work for every headache, but it is the first time any doctor has had any affect on my headaches so I'll take it! He actually sat down and listened to exactly what my problems were and he treated me accordingly. It wasn't the cookie cutter treatment I'd received from every other chiropractor I'd ever been to. It's not always pleasant, but it works and he is sensitive to how I'm doing, always asking if I'm okay or if I need a break or letting me know that the next spot is going to be rough. Also, I can't always predict when I'm going to get a migraine so scheduling the appointment ahead of time can't always happen. His office is always gracious to work with me as much as possible to fit me in, even when they are pretty booked, understanding that I am in pain and need help. Not many doctors are willing to be that accommodating to their patients. He and his staff are the most friendly people I've experienced in a doctor's office, as well. I can't say enough good things about this practice. Honestly, if you are looking for a chiropractor you cannot go wrong with K&S. read more

The best choice for chiropractic care in Carroll County MD is K&S chiropractic. I have been treated by Dr. Kevin Brown and Dr. Scott Sampson for several years due to injuries from a car accident. They are the best for quality professional care and take time to talk with and get to know to each patient. The entire staff is professional, polite and caring. read more

I have been seeing another chiropractor for several years and had to change because of a move...The chiropractor I was seeing recommended K&S and I could not be more pleased. I have seen Dr. Kevin Brown, and found him to be highly professional and attentive. He asked me a lot of questions about my previous treatment and is treating me in the same manner I was being treated before. In response to previous reviewer, I wonder if you would think of calling another doctor, say an internist, and expect him to call you back to tell you about his services. No, you would make an appointment, see the doctor, and then make your decision. Chiropractors are doctors, and in my experience, when 2 work together in a practice, they provide the same care in the same manner, and consult with one another re: each patient. If you find you like one better than the other, you can schedule for when you know the one you prefer will be there. But calling a doctor to ask about his services...we're not talking about making a hair appointment here. This is a doctor who would be on the phone all day with people like you who are "doctor shopping." Your expectations are unrealistic and I hope people will not pay attention to your review. read more

I would definitely NOT go to these guys. I tried to just get a 10 min phone consult to help me decide which doc to see without having to spend hours making appts to figure this out. Scott was too good or too cool to call me and said that I had to come in and make an appt. 3 other docs had no problem calling me back. This raises a big red flag that this is the type of practice that just wants to take money from you. I even have 2 friends that have been chiros for 20 years (but in other states) who warned that this is definitely someone to stay away from. This practice is probably the kind that we are scared of ; the stereotypical chiro who tells you to come in for 10 appts when you only need 5. I am a 40 year old professional who has been to chiros in the past. I don't see any reason why a chiro or any other professional for that matter cannot spend 10 min on the phone with a potential client to explain their services and see if its a good fit. Stay away. read more
