I have been going there for about a month now and I have seen results almost immediately. For example I travelled for two weeks primarily by car across the northeast and did not have the severe back and arm pain that I typically experience. I'm always able to get in and out in a timely manner no matter what time of day it is. The receptionist onsite is kind as well as the one who answers the phone when you call to schedule appointments. The doctor is attentive and provides a great overview so that you understand exactly what is happening with your neck, back and / or spine. I will update my review after I complete treatment. I have been a repeat customer for quite a long time. For my care it all started with a back problem. It was suggested, after several visits, insoles in shoes. He explained his concerns, with the expense, the need for me to commit and with the long term repairs Which might be the case if I am not interested. After about 10 days in a bit of foot pain, and several visits, things started to improve. Years later, I still go to see him. But nowhere near as often. Dr.Lippy is awesome! He's not creepy like other chiropractors in the past. He's just a normal dude who knows what he's doing. I've been seeing him for knee pain, and I've seen a significant improvement since being under his care. Part of my care was that he was able to get me orthotics, which again have helped. Posting an updated review to reiterate how good Dr. Lippy and his team are. I initially came to advanced correction for extreme neck pain. With consistent maintenance visits over the years my neck issues have been minimal. Several months ago I complained about tail bone pain (which I have seen other specialists for). Dr. Lippy and his staff are AMAZING. Here is my story: I had been suffering from lightheadedness 24/7 for NINE MONTHS. I'd wake up lightheaded, went to bed, standing up, sitting down, lying down - lightheaded; couldn't drive; could barely do the minimum without feeling so, so awful -- really quality of life altering stuff. For months, my GP, ENT, Audiologist and Allergist sent me for scads of tests including MRIs, balance tests, blood work and it all came back... inconclusive, and no strategies to alleviate my symptoms. Someone suggested I try a chiropractor. Dr. Lippy is in my neighborhood, had convenient hours, had good reviews online and took my insurance. Why not give it a shot? I made an appointment online on a Saturday, and was in his office on Monday. Dr. Lippy was empathetic, listened, did a thorough exam, suggested a possible cause, and a course of treatment. After my SECOND TREATMENT (Wednesday, four days after I booked my appointment) the lightheadedness went almost entirely away, and continues to be negligible weeks later. Sure, there are other triggers that still exist in my world, but Dr. Lippy's skill got rid of almost 90% of the intensity when those triggers are present. TL;DR - Dr. Lippy works wonders. I have been going to Dr. Lippy since 2017. He is a lifesaver! When I began going he had a different office and it was an open floor plan. Now the exam rooms are enclosed. The practice has excellent safety cleaning practices for COVID. I go to Dr. Lippy simply because his therapy works! I also enjoy the late hours. His practice is open from 10:30-3 and reopens from 4 - 7 everyday except Thursday. I am now beginning with the weight loss program he runs call Healthy Habits. I will be certain to share my results in a future review. What I can share at the moment is it is a very unique approach and I am learning much. So far I have been seeing Dr. Lippy for a month now and it has been great! Already I can see adjustments to my back and my posture is so much better. It is an open floor plan and the place does seem old and in need of some updates but the treatment has been great. I take it that he's just a no-frills kind of guy. So don't let it turn you off if the decor seems out dated. The results have been worth it. And also, there is very little privacy. That didn't bother me at all since never do you actually take your clothes off or anything. And I've been at other chiropractors before that had the same kind of lay-out but this does seem to be a concern for others. I went here for a few months for a shoulder injury. Every time, they had me sit in a chair and do some exercises which mostly involved me looking over my shoulders and stretching my neck. These exercises took approximately 3 minutes. After a staff person directed me to the chair and showed me how to do them, I was then left on my own to do the exercises. I found out they billed my insurance company $45 every time I was there just for this (on top of all the other charges). Absolutely an insane charge. They called it "physical therapy," which maybe technically it was. But as I hadn't met my deductible yet, I had to pay for these. All I can say it this- I just completed the Runners world challenge of running at least 1 mile a day for 41 straight days!!!! Scrolling across the website is a message that reads "Pain is NOT a lifestyle." This message, the reviews and the fact that my insurance was accepted made we want to visit Dr. Lippy's office in January 2018. I'm so glad I did! Pain has been a lifestyle for me for many years (since I was bucked off a horse head first and knocked unconscious nearly 10 years ago). I was lucky to walk away from that accident, but my spine and hips, and overall quality of life has suffered from intermittent (at time, excruciating) pain that has not let me sleep or sit/stand comfortably 24-7 for years. Long story, short: I have been walking, working out, sitting, standing, dancing, sleeping...living...pain free since Dr. Lippy began working on my back and hips. I have been going to Dr. Lippy for over 3 years now. Dr. Lippy is very professional and caring. The staff are friendly. They even call me to check in on me when I have not visited in a while. A couple of things: 1. Dr. Lippy will take time to educate you if you have questions. At each visit, he will ask you how you are feeling, it is then that you must let him know if you have any issues; 2. They have an open floor so you don't have any privacy . I have gone to a few chiropractors, but never have I seen anything like this "cattle" system where you move from station to station ignored by the doctor paid to be taking care of you. I considered fighting the bill with my insurance on the grounds that he is billing for services he isn't even supervising while literally adjusting other patients. But most of the money went to "new patient consult," which is true, although it was only a rushed 5 min. His adjustment was the same for me and all other patients in there at the same time. Literally the same. I went in because I can barely sleep at night and he didn't even feel the need to see if there was more to it. Also the staff member who did my e-stim didn't turn on some of the patches and argued with me about it. As if I cannot tell what is happening to my body. I'm a very lazy person, but I'm making an account for Yelp just so that someone else doesnt go there expecting a normal attentive chiropractor appointment and end up as disappointed as me. read more

The staff was super friendly and efficient with figuring out how much you have to pay with your insurance. Dr. Lippy is really professional and he helps diagnose your problem effectively. They have staff who help you with stretches and electrostimulation. I learned about this place from a Groupon years ago and they were always accomodating to my busy schedule. His office is also that rare breed of both flexible but always on time. I never wait, almost as soon as I walk in the door, I'm being called back and started on my treatment. I get seen both for by low/upper back pain and I saw such great improvement when following his plan and coming to my visits. Not only that but he also treats me for my plantar fasciitis using some other advanced techniques he is trained in. As a primary care provider I truely can tell the providers who do this for the right reasons.
