Premiere Chiropractic I began treatment at Premiere Chiropractic having experienced ongoing headaches, back pain, and neck pain over the previous two years. I had tried other chiropractic services, but only found minor relief. One of my wife's coworkers recommended Premiere Chiropractic - she said that they were different from any other place she had been. Now, two months into my treatment, I am also impressed by the unique Premiere Chiropractic approach. At my first appointment, Dr. Christman clearly explained their techniques for assessing my alignment and making not only short-term adjustments but also long-term fixes. I was X-rayed, the results of which Dr. Christman went over with me in-depth, and he created detailed charts of my posture. I was given a treatment plan with specific goals and length, at which point I will be reassessed. Premiere Chiropractic offers schedules with two and three-day-per-week appointments. During a visit, the doctors check the effectiveness of every adjustment at each step. Sometimes, only one or two steps are needed; other times, Dr. Christman or Whitesel will spend 10 minutes trying half a dozen things until my alignment is right. They always communicate clearly and ask for feedback on the adjustments. The Premiere Chiropractic office is always a warm and friendly place. Ashley, the office assistant, is incredibly attentive and upbeat. Sometimes, Dr. Christman's family is there to help decorate for a holiday. Best of all, I have experienced improvement already. While my headaches still occur (I woke up with one this morning), they have dropped in frequency from more than one per week to about one every other week. My neck and back pain, while still occurring, have also dramatically reduced in severity. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I started bringing my 3 month old daughter to Dr. Evan a month ago. She had a LOT of tension. She was always tight, never really opened her hands (I had to pry them open!), wouldn't sprawl out when I put her on the floor; the list goes on. Immediately walking into the office for our free consultation, I felt welcomed and heard. He was very thorough, asked me about my pregnancy, her birth, and any issues. He explains things so well that even if you don't know anything about chiropractors or what they do, you will once you talk to him! Everything made sense, and I proceeded with her treatment. Now, a month later, I have a totally different baby. She has almost no tension, opens her hands, sprawls out, and puts her arms out in front of her. She is happier, so I am happier! Almost a year ago I walked in Premier Chiropractic with a really bad back. Multiple herniated disk. Bad hips. Poor posture and pain at a scale of 10. Since then it has been a challenge to get better. I was skeptical at first that this would work but it did. Six months later I get into a car accident and set myself back again. But this time, it has been easier to recover. My point in this review is to help anyone who is on the fence or not sure if this works. It has greatly improve my back health, posture and recovery time. I absolutely refused to see a chiropractor for back pain. It finally reached a point that I HAD to seek help. Dr. Christman was recommended to me by several friends and family. It has been nearly 5 years since I began treatment at Premier Chiropractic. This is not your typical chiropractor. The one on one attention and exceptional customer service can't be beat. When I moved from overseas to Bel Air, I had terrible neck and back pain. A massage therapist recommended Dr. Evan and within a very short time my back and neck got so much better after only a few adjustments but I kept on comming back because of the plan. Dr Evan Christman and his entire staff were professional, thorough, friendly, helpful and efficient. They were gracious about fitting me in as a new patient when I was visiting from out-of-town in May, 2023. The atmosphere is supportive and upbeat in a sunny, open treatment area. I started seeing Dr. Christman after a car crash. He is very professional and accommodating. Neck pain due to the crash used to give me 3-5 migraines a week. In a couple months of work, they are reduced to twice a month! I am also pregnant and he will help me adjust the changes my body is going through. Great experience. Staff is very helpful and courteous, and always smiling. Dr. Christman is very compassionate and thorough in delivering care for his patients. A plan of care was developed after careful and precise evaluation of my problems. With adjustments I can say my shoulders and upper back are less tight and increased movement.
