I've been going to Optimal Spine now for 5 weeks and I have never felt better! I came in for shoulder, neck, back, and knee pain. I am a really active person. I workout 5 to 6 days a week and do a lot of running and hiking. I had been inactive for 9 months due to the pain. Everyday task became complicated. I feel like I discovered miracle workers! I started going to Optimal Spine about six months ago. The primary reason for going was that I have a pinched nerve in my neck which caused pain and numbness down my arm and through my fingers. I hate that I did not start there a long time ago!
