Dr Rower is a GREAT DR and a friend…read more Due to multiple injuries (a bad car accident, motorcycle accident and a bad spill roller skating) My back gets aggravated occasionally. My first visit to DR Rower I was skeptical and wanted to see if he was the real deal or if he was just another quack out to sell unneeded treatments. The first thing I noticed during my initial exam was that he went right to the point of issue without me telling him. Next he added in stretching techniques to the treatment and gave me tips to help my recovery. Lastly when the visit was over he gave me an HONEST assessment and told me to only come as I felt I needed adjustments and to do certain stretches. Whenever I visit he is genuinely warm and personable. We even talk about our families. I always leave feeling better physically and personally after each visit! The office is clean and modern and the staff are polite and efficient. And they take most insurance.

If you want someone not to really care for you, then Dr. Rower is not the chiropractor for you. He is one of the most gentle and caring doctors I've ever met. He takes time to listen to you and gives you a through exam with treatments. If he feels you only need one treatment, then one it is. He has never pushed appointments on me. My husband who lifts weights, my son who was a wrestler and daughter have all seen him. My closest friends and coworkers also see him. It would be too bad for you if you don't take advantage of him and his friendly staff Gina and Samantha. He has even come to our rescue on a weekend. Please do yourself a favor and call him today will not regret it!!! He is as good as it gets and that's the truth!

This was the only chiropractor's office who had a same day appointment (I called 5 places). I saw Dr. Steve who was very kind and patient. I was in excruciating pain and he took the time to listen, do "tests", and figure out what was wrong, always asking if I was ok. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Granted, it's not all without some discomfort, but no pain, no gain, right? Prior to beginning treatment, I had neck issues that would occasionally cause me to stop in my tracks (a few times per week) for a moment until the kink would sort of work itself out &/or I felt safe to move my head again. Additionally, I've been involved in multiple car accidents in my time and a slip-n-fall dating back to 1999. Getting involuntarily jostled around enough made its mark on me, but the aftermath of the fall included (compressed vertebrae) semi-annual flare-ups & muscle spasms, making life difficult all around for a few days at a time. Since beginning my visits with Dr. Steve, the neck issue has improved greatly, & the last time I felt a muscle spasm itching to rear its ugly head, it barely bothered me at all. Even my migraines have decreased in frequency & severity. Yay!! I can't even tell you how many times I've overheard other patients talk about the benefits they were experiencing. I think my issues are/were mild compared to them. One woman even said she'd finally slept through the night without her pain waking her. *********************************** I first met Dr. Steve and Debbie at a dinner he sponsored in May(hey, free food!) where he explained the basics of his specialty (subluxation) vs. regular chiropractic care, & it was enough to interest me in booking an evaluation the next day. It had been several years since my last visit to a chiropractor, & the neck issue needed attention, & the evaluation was a good deal. We had a follow up a few days later, & I've been a patient of his ever since. Debbie and Amy (the newest staff member) are always so friendly and personable...you can't help but feel welcome. Do yourself a favor and look into one of these dinners (every other month or so). Ask questions, and listen to what he has to say. Maybe it'll be what you need to hear to make changes you didn't know you needed to make. Invest in yourself and your health.

Inside the salt sanctuary, the coolness was soothing, and I immediately sensed the healing power of the salts. The tingling in my nose from allergies vanished, and the tension from my anxiety eased remarkably. Sitting quietly and taking deep breaths felt like a weight was lifting from my shoulders, providing a moment of relief and comfort. I was struck by how salt was everywhere--even on the floor beneath my feet, grounding me in the present. It was truly a moment of clarity and awakening. My racing thoughts settled, and a deep sense of peace filled me. This is an experience beyond words; it's something you need to feel for yourself to really understand and appreciate.

The location is about an hour from us, but it was easy to find, on the backside of the shopping center. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly lady at the front desk. Since it was our first time, we were advised to arrive early. She explained that we would be called back in waves, and we were given foot covers, a locker, and earplugs (if we wanted them). The room had calming music playing, and we took a seat. At 11, the lady came in to let us know that a mist would start, which might cause a slight tickle in our throats. Once the session began, we couldn't leave the room. The experience was relaxing-- I spent most of the time with my eyes closed, and a few times, my husband even dozed off. The time seemed to pass slowly, and when the session ended, the lady returned and let us out. I didn't notice any dramatic changes afterward, but I wasn't expecting to feel much after just one session. While I didn't see or feel any salt residue on myself, I did get a bit of white residue on my fingers after touching the wall on the way out. My husband felt that the experience wasn't particularly worthwhile. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but I can't say it was amazing either-- I think it could be more beneficial if done multiple times. The staff was kind and professional, and the atmosphere was definitely relaxing. One note: the chairs have a weight limit of 275 lbs. Their email mentioned that they can accommodate guests discreetly, but given the small size of the room, I'm not sure how discreet that would be.
