1 star is too many for these scam artists! For anyone considering of spending money and purchasing from #elixvapor please do yourself a favor and save yourself the time, money, and aggravation. I placed an online order with these crooks almost 2 months ago but I have yet to receive the products I order or be refunded my money. The order I placed was only about $100 but it is more about the level of service or should I say disservice I have received. I have never before in my life had such a bad experience, nor have I written a complaint on FB, Yelp, IG or any government agencies.... but that is all is about to change. First I started to email Elix #vapor but not reply, then I saw a number on their website saying that shipping problems were an issue of the past and if clients had any issues that they could contact "Tony" on this number, so I called, then texted. Finally after repeated attempts I got a reply. Over the next 2-3 weeks I've been told time and again they were going to send my products and apologies for the wait. Finally Tony asked for the last 4 digits of my credit card number to "confirm" they had the right person, I hesitated and didn't want to buy was basically told without it they couldn't send my products. So I sent the credit card numbers and another week goes by and I have to go back to texting and being ignored. I told them I would contact the federal trade commission if this was not resolved, at which point Tony gave his word I would have shipping information today and that he would send my order.... well guess what? Today and came and gone and still NOTHING! I tried calling and texting but I'm back to being ignored. It's taken me a while to write this review as i'm typically very understanding of small businesses and their challenges however this is the last straw. I get emails constantly about their sales and special promotions and yet they seem severely understaffed to handle the volume these promotions create. Like many others are saying, if you order from them you'd better prepare yourself for up to a month wait time to receive your product. I wish I had researched this company more before wasting my time and vaping budget on it. I ordered products over a month ago. I sent numerous emails and Facebook messages in a attempt to get answers about my order, most of which was about the age verification process (which was nonexistent) and to find out when my order would ship. I would wait for an answer, but never received one. I continued to wait, thinking they were just busy, but I still received regular promo emails from them. After several weeks, I got a generic email claiming any order not shipped already would be sent out that Monday. I waited, yet again, but no email had come. At the one month mark of hearing no responses to my messages, and with no indication that I would ever receive my products, I filed a charge back on my card. The problem with Elix is the juice is so bad I'd rather buy juice from a gas station, it has no flavor at all. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Giant scam ordered $150 worth of juice and waited 2 months. Started sending emails asking what's going on, and no replies for another month. I then spammed their Facebook to get someone to notice me and nothing, finally, I decided to make a post on Reddit proving the scam (https://www.reddit.com/r/electronic_cigarette/comments/5b6qro/vape_scams/) About a month after the post, the owner called me, apologized, then said they were resending the order + a $25 gift certificate. Another month passed and nothing sent him emails, called him a couple times and just gave up. At this point, it's been over a year. Funny thing is they could have easily made the $150 they took from me by keeping me as a loyal customer, I had liked their juice and ordered from them plenty, even with a 1 month wait time I just simply timed my purchases. My husband and I ordered from them and it took over a month to get to us. They didn't answer their phones or emails, and deleted our comments (among many others) from their social media when we inquired about it. I'm pretty sure the only reason we got our order was because I continuously hounded them on social media, to the point where they banned me from their instagram page for "harassment" -- but is it really harassment when all I was trying to do was get an answer about my order? I was the only person blocked that was regularly posting (about five others were posting just as frequently as me, with one even threatening to file a lawsuit against eLix, but all of them are still allowed on their page). Now that we've finally gotten our juice... I wish I could give this company negative 50 stars. For some reason I get headaches when vaping anything less than max VG, and eLix advertises that their juice is all max VG. Out of our 19-bottle order, only 3 (yes, that's right, THREE) of them are max VG. Bottom line: False advertising regarding the VG percentage as well as their 1-2 day shipping. I understand processing time, but our order's shipping label was made two days after it was charged from our account, so it should have been sent out when the label was made. im sure the only way you get what you purchased correctly is if your in the store right in front of them. Otherwise, you more than likely will either be missing items or be waiting about a month or 2 to get your juices. I first ordered (2) 120MLs and (1) 30 ML.
