Closing in on 4 weeks since ordering. Have sent 2 emails asking for a status update as I have not received juice or even a notice to let me know that something awful has gone awry and they would be unable to fulfill the order for whatever reason. Mount Baker Vapor (highly recommend) has always been super quick getting orders out and I'm kicking myself for trying something new because of a large, cheap bottle. Complete waste of money and a very upset (no longer) customer. I agree with a previous post that this place only gets one star because I can't show they earned ZERO read more

Too damn slow too damn slow bad flavor what a rip off for 1/10 of price of others but still a rip off due to lying owners. Bullshit company read more

Horrible service. If you value your time and money don't spend it here. Usually not one to give reviews but felt like this is happening to everyone who orders from them. 1 star is too many for these scam artists! For anyone considering of spending money and purchasing from #elixvapor please do yourself a favor and save yourself the time, money, and aggravation. I placed an online order with these crooks almost 2 months ago but I have yet to receive the products I order or be refunded my money. The order I placed was only about $100 but it is more about the level of service or should I say disservice I have received. I have never before in my life had such a bad experience, nor have I written a complaint on FB, Yelp, IG or any government agencies.... but that is all is about to change. First I started to email Elix #vapor but not reply, then I saw a number on their website saying that shipping problems were an issue of the past and if clients had any issues that they could contact "Tony" on this number, so I called, then texted. Finally after repeated attempts I got a reply. Over the next 2-3 weeks I've been told time and again they were going to send my products and apologies for the wait. Finally Tony asked for the last 4 digits of my credit card number to "confirm" they had the right person, I hesitated and didn't want to buy was basically told without it they couldn't send my products. So I sent the credit card numbers and another week goes by and I have to go back to texting and being ignored. I told them I would contact the federal trade commission if this was not resolved, at which point Tony gave his word I would have shipping information today and that he would send my order.... well guess what? Today and came and gone and still NOTHING! I tried calling and texting but I'm back to being ignored. I have contacted the federal trade commission, next is the Texas attorney general... since at this point I feel like they basically stole my money. IF YOU KNOW ANYONE THAT VAPES PLEASE TELL THEM TO USE ANY COMPANY BESIDES ELIX VAPOR! read more

It's taken me a while to write this review as i'm typically very understanding of small businesses and their challenges however this is the last straw. I get emails constantly about their sales and special promotions and yet they seem severely understaffed to handle the volume these promotions create. Like many others are saying, if you order from them you'd better prepare yourself for up to a month wait time to receive your product. I you get a response to any inquiry about an order its typically "we're sorry but we're very busy" something along those lines. This will be my last order. End rant. Now the juice is decent and obviously extremely cheap so if you have time to burn or want to stock up on some budget friendly juice feel free. Order Date 1/13/2017 Today's Date: 2/6/2017 Status: Pre-Shipment (postal has not received package) read more

Really wish I could give 0 stars to this scam of a company. Ordered juice almost a month ago and still have not received it. When I ordered it said it would take 7-10 business days to receive. I have tried emailing, calling, and texting the company to find out the status and have not received any information. They never answer their phone. Horrible business ethics and customer service. Do not fall for their "promotions" as they will just take your money and never ship the product. read more

I wish I had researched this company more before wasting my time and vaping budget on it. I ordered products over a month ago. I sent numerous emails and Facebook messages in a attempt to get answers about my order, most of which was about the age verification process (which was nonexistent) and to find out when my order would ship. I would wait for an answer, but never received one. I continued to wait, thinking they were just busy, but I still received regular promo emails from them. After several weeks, I got a generic email claiming any order not shipped already would be sent out that Monday. I waited, yet again, but no email had come. At the one month mark of hearing no responses to my messages, and with no indication that I would ever receive my products, I filed a charge back on my card. I have never been so infuriated by the business practices of an online store, and the blatant lack of customer service skills they had. Bottom line, if you want a good juice company with decent customer service and shipping times, look elsewhere. It isn't here. Turn around and run. read more

Best vape shop in Dallas by far. The flavors are amazing, the prices are more than fair, and the customer service is great. I highly recommend this shop to everyone. read more

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. This is probably my 8th order. Yep. 8th. I have given 8 chances. Never yelled. Never got angry. Let them give me repetitive excuses. And here I sit finally writing a review. If you are nearly out of juice or would like to receive this juice before a month or more has passed, then I suggest going elsewhere. You will NOT receive this juice in any reasonable or printed time frame. Nothing on the website regarding shipping is true. Hear me out first, the juice alone, 5 star. Excellent. It is flavorful! I absolutely love their flavors. And let's be real, we're all here because it is SO affordable. Their 50% off sale on 100mls of juice is crazy good. The reason I gave it one star, is because of the utter lack of respect for their customers. Here's why: they do NOT communicate. Ever. You can email, Facebook message and so on till your fingers fall off, but they rarely if EVER respond. Your juice will NOT ship within their policy guidelines. They state 10 business days at MOST. Prepare for more than a month of waiting, with no response to your fervent emails. They are quick to take the money, slow to deliver the goods. Be prepared for that, or don't order. I suggest the latter. read more

Ordered from Elix a few times and never had a problem, I got my juice within days of the order. The problem with Elix is the juice is so bad I'd rather buy juice from a gas station, it has no flavor at all. Oh and also so many people do Complain about not receiving their juice they have actually turned off comments on Instagram so you are unable to comment on any of their postings. read more

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Giant scam ordered $150 worth of juice and waited 2 months. Started sending emails asking what's going on, and no replies for another month. I then spammed their Facebook to get someone to notice me and nothing, finally, I decided to make a post on Reddit proving the scam (https://www.reddit.com/r/electronic_cigarette/comments/5b6qro/vape_scams/) About a month after the post, the owner called me, apologized, then said they were resending the order + a $25 gift certificate. Another month passed and nothing sent him emails, called him a couple times and just gave up. At this point, it's been over a year. Funny thing is they could have easily made the $150 they took from me by keeping me as a loyal customer, I had liked their juice and ordered from them plenty, even with a 1 month wait time I just simply timed my purchases. After their scam, I found a different company and have been using them since then, they are just as cheap as the scammers and never deliver more than 2-3 days. Do yourself a favor and never purchase from these folks. read more

Ordered on February 14th 2017, it's now June 4th 2017 and still has not been delivered. Many promotional emails and 4 emails claiming that the orders will be shipped but no tracking number, no item delivery and no response to emails/texts in reply to my attempts in contacting them. This is my third order, the other two arrived ten days after order but this, the largest order, seems to be irrelevant to them. Never again. read more

My husband and I ordered from them and it took over a month to get to us. They didn't answer their phones or emails, and deleted our comments (among many others) from their social media when we inquired about it. I'm pretty sure the only reason we got our order was because I continuously hounded them on social media, to the point where they banned me from their instagram page for "harassment" -- but is it really harassment when all I was trying to do was get an answer about my order? I was the only person blocked that was regularly posting (about five others were posting just as frequently as me, with one even threatening to file a lawsuit against eLix, but all of them are still allowed on their page). Now that we've finally gotten our juice... I wish I could give this company negative 50 stars. For some reason I get headaches when vaping anything less than max VG, and eLix advertises that their juice is all max VG. Out of our 19-bottle order, only 3 (yes, that's right, THREE) of them are max VG. Bottom line: False advertising regarding the VG percentage as well as their 1-2 day shipping. I understand processing time, but our order's shipping label was made two days after it was charged from our account, so it should have been sent out when the label was made. Horrible, absolutely ROTTEN customer service where the customer gets their inquiries ignored and deleted. read more

Placed an order with these goons almost a month ago now. I got 1 auto response and about a week later i received one from someone claiming to be Tony and now handling the support. Well Tony, you fail. I have sent several emails and no response. Business tip #1) Make sure to keep your customer base happy for return business. #2. Customer Service goes along way. So, their shipping details say with reg. shipping is 2-3 business days, but could be up to 10 business days, So expect it to arrive in 7 business days??? I tried to call several times today to a phone number listed but it sounded as if a child answered the phone. I did not spend alot of money as i am buying blindly and could in turn dislike the flavor. It IS the principle. If you guys are understaffed, TAKE DOWN YOUR DAMN SALE!!! If there is an issue at the facility/shop or whatever it is.. LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW=Customer Service=Peace of Mind, and none of these negative reviews.. Either case people DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP ONLINE!!! read more

I have ordered from here for years. Ordered 1000 mls for $44 after discount. I talked to the owner on the phone and he promised to throw in some free fluff and other flavors for free. He told me that if I ordered right then it would be shipped the next day. That was on August 25. No emails. No calls. The website isn't even up anymore. Whatever happened, I hope the owner sees this and it arrives on before christmas. Order number #29368. If you aren't feeling generous enough to do that, it's whatever man. Enjoy that $40 bro. this has to be the worst company I have ever invested any time or money into. heres the story. not only have my husband and I purchased form them numerous times, always waiting forever, but didn't mind because of the price. we got many others onto this company. probably over a dozen people who order from them often. yeah well they will all be stopping unless elix resolves this issue. after 2 weeks of not receiving an order, we contacted them multiple times. we finally get a response saying an error occurred with order and to just reorder the same ones again. we did. its not been 11 days and it has not even shipped. almost a month? are you kidding me. we have been ripped off. we have written them 6 messages. nooooooooooo response. seriously, save your time and money, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. no real way to get a hold of them. I am going so far with this. its not about the money its about what they do to people. im sure the only way you get what you purchased correctly is if your in the store right in front of them. Otherwise, you more than likely will either be missing items or be waiting about a month or 2 to get your juices. I first ordered (2) 120MLs and (1) 30 ML. It took maybe about 2-3 weeks to get to me, then when it finally arrived i got (1) 120ML and (1) 30ML (so im missing a 120ML) i contacted them on instagram and they said they would have it out to me asap. do you think ive seen that yet? hahahah s0o0o0o i give them 1 more chance right!? i ordered (1) 120ML and (2) 10ML they processed my payment very quickly but my status on my shipment still reads "awaiting fulfillment" (with it already being 2 weeks into my order time) was going to give you guys a 1 star but the juice is actually good! its just the people outside of texas might take months after an order to find that out!
