Got upset with me after selling a faulty product to me. I didn't leave the store and yet he told me I was stealing fr him trying to get a free vape. I asked him to check his cameras because I did no such thing. He told me he wouldn't and that the manager would be in the next day. He wouldn't refund it and he wouldn't give me a product that actually worked. I asked for the manager again he wouldn't contact them until I explained that I would be informing the police that they stole my money and wouldn't give me the working product. At that point after I said that several times he called the manager and the manager said to take a picture of my ID so that if I was stealing he can report me to the police. He then had him swap out the vape for one that worked. The cashier once again told me that he knew I was being dishonest and that the police would be investigating me further. Then he swapped the vape. I have been a patron of this establishment before and I never would have expected to be treated this way. I know that as someone with autism I may not always understand what is going on but I am not the kind of person who would ever steal anything and the fact I was accused of that at all much less in front of other customers is beyond mind boggling and not okay to me. I will never be shopping here again and I recommend no one else does. I had bought multiple vapes today and when the one didn't work, now suddenly I'm a thief. During this time, they relocated from a much smaller location to where they currently reside which has a lot more space. They took advantage of this space and created a huge walk-in humidor along with establishing a couple of lounge areas which included TVs. As with everything else, due to the arrival of covid, they have made a few adjustments to ensure safety. For openers, as per local ordinance and mask is required to enter the store. Both entrances to the walk-in humidor have hand-sanitizer stations with signs requiring the use of the hand-sanitizer before entering the humidor. They are restricting the lounge capacity to allow for physical distancing. The staff here continues to be very knowledgeable when it comes to cigars and the necessary accessories. They are very aware of their inventory and whether a specific item is available. In the event it is unavailable, they will recommend something similar to try. On my most recent visit, I called ahead of time to check on two different cigar labels, one which they had and unfortunately, the other they do not stock (it is a boutique/small batch cigar label which can be difficult to locate). These are interesting time we are currently experiencing and places like this are adjusting as best they can to safely accommodate customers. To assist with this, you can call ahead and place your order which they will have at the counter upon your arrival. Cigar Warehouse continues to be my cigar shop of choice. If you are a #BOTL or #SOTL, I highly recommend checking them out.
