Got upset with me after selling a faulty product to me. I didn't leave the store and yet he told me I was stealing fr him trying to get a free vape. I asked him to check his cameras because I did no such thing. He told me he wouldn't and that the manager would be in the next day. He wouldn't refund it and he wouldn't give me a product that actually worked. I asked for the manager again he wouldn't contact them until I explained that I would be informing the police that they stole my money and wouldn't give me the working product. At that point after I said that several times he called the manager and the manager said to take a picture of my ID so that if I was stealing he can report me to the police. He then had him swap out the vape for one that worked. The cashier once again told me that he knew I was being dishonest and that the police would be investigating me further. Then he swapped the vape. I have been a patron of this establishment before and I never would have expected to be treated this way. I know that as someone with autism I may not always understand what is going on but I am not the kind of person who would ever steal anything and the fact I was accused of that at all much less in front of other customers is beyond mind boggling and not okay to me. I will never be shopping here again and I recommend no one else does. I had bought multiple vapes today and when the one didn't work, now suddenly I'm a thief. The employees all seem either very happy or very high. Especially, the girl & darker skinned guy. He is really jumpy when it comes to displaying how products works & extra nice. He is cool, but I think when the darker skinned guy is off ranting about crazy stuff that the other guy seemed to get very uneasy around his customers. I think the white guy should not alter his emotions even if it makes him feel uncomfortable. On the other hand, the white girl employee was really cool. I asked if I could look at a different brand product and Jenn said, "I have your cash and you have my receipt and it says, " no exchanges, no refunds!" Very rude and nasty. The product I wanted was even more expensive so the shop lost a profit. They also lost a customer. Ask for Jenn and if she's there walk out. Better yet find a better business. You have a choice of where you spend your money.

So they were not able to cash me out. The The employee explained that this happened quite often and wrote me an IOU. I attempted to cash the IOU several times with no luck due to the manager not being there. When I presented it tonight, the man behind the counter, who I think goes by Black rudely told me that the employee who wrote the note hadn't worked their in months. As if that means anything! And then very aggressively told me I needed to get out. I explained how even if he wasn't able to cash it I was planning on buying some things. He even more threatening said "get out now." This punk is truly an embarrassment to the company. I will never buy anything from him and I will tell my friends about him.
