I got lucky and found Mark with Grace Lawn Care. Mark was patient with this new home owner and held my hand on many occasions when it all seemed so overwhelming. I honestly cant' say enough. He communication was always on spot and his pricing fair. I have 3 acres that will require many more visits and you can be sure I will be calling Mark back. I had Mark clear two sections of my property of Ivy and overgrown shrubs and trees that had been left to go wild for at least 7 years before I purchased the home last year.. maybe even longer.. Received 3 PAST DUE invoices the next 3 days... for the $2.50 fee. Then they stopped communicating and stopped servicing my yard. Bad business.

Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. After taking a deposit upfront, King gave me multiple dates for when the work would begin--and each time, he was a no-show. No courtesy calls, no updates, just empty promises. Eventually, he completely disappeared. No responses to texts, calls, or messages--just full-on ghosted me. It's clear now that he had no intention of doing the work after taking the deposit. This is unprofessional, unethical, and borderline fraudulent. I strongly caution anyone considering working with him or his company. Do not trust King Ellis. He took my money and vanished. I have since reported him on Thumbtack and recommend others do the same to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
