My backyard is shady, and with all the rain and runoff, my grass was just disappearing. I didn't like to go out there anymore. But Dave had a great thought of regrading it, and running some river stones through it to give the water a place to go, and a place for the grass to grow. He put an estimate together -- had some good options -- and we figured out the best one. The best part was his service. He said realistically it would be a month, but he called me a few days later and said he had something change in his schedule and could start in 4 days! That's "under promise and over deliver" in my book. The opposite of what many in the service industry do. He continued to go above and beyond -- even fixing a few things with my sprinkler system that he did not need to do. He came back to check on a few little areas, and made a very slight correction to a run off pipe. He said, " this works, but I can make it better. I'll take care of it for you." They park on a curve and at the direct end of a neighbors driveway making it hard to get out of the driveway and drive safely around. When asked directly if they would consider backing up to not block others and get away from the curve, "we will think about it" was the reply with a smirk on their faces. They then proceeded to unload the truck and proceed. I was just looking out for the safety of their truck and the drivers in that area. I felt this was disrespectful and would never suggest this company if you live in a neighborhood with narrow streets.
