We called JNS because they had excellent reviews and Jay responded immediately, and gave a fair quote for the whole job and he was available to do the work within a week. The team arrived on time the day of cleaning, were incredibly courteous, very tidy, and efficient. They took before and after pics of the roof, and the roof looked amazing!!! The next day we realized they had not cleaned the tracks on the windows and there were many smudges and streaks on the largest windows and sliding doors. We contacted Jay and he was again, very responsive, realized he should have asked if we wanted the tracks cleaned because he charges more to do them, but he offered to come back and do them for half the price, and take care of the smeared windows too. They cleaned the tracks relatively well (they're old windows, so we weren't expecting a miracle), but the next morning when the sun shined through those big windows again, we just realized they're not great at cleaning windows. So bottom line, we'll find someone else to clean our windows going forward, but we highly recommend them for roof and gutter cleaning. Note: Our insurance company renewed our policy!

As consumers, we place a great deal of trust in service providers--whether they're doctors,…read moreplumbers, instructors, or contractors. No matter the service, trust is the common denominator. When hiring a contractor for residential renovations, I prioritize not only trust but also key qualifications: a valid license, adequate insurance, positive reviews, a clear and detailed contract, relevant experience in similar projects, and--at the top of my list--strong communication skills. I look for a contractor who listens, is professional and flexible, and hires competent, reliable staff. Monarca General Construction exceeded my expectations in every way. Alex Perez, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He was patient, attentive, and consistently addressed my questions throughout the project. He also provided valuable recommendations, explaining what would work, what wouldn't, and which materials to avoid. Alex and his team completely remodeled my kitchen and bathroom, repainted both the interior and exterior of my home, installed new light fixtures, replaced a fence, and even cleared an overgrown yard to prepare it for future landscaping. Their workmanship was outstanding, and the results speak for themselves. I am beyond pleased with the outcome, which showcases their skill and dedication to quality. I highly recommend Monarca General Construction for any renovation project--you can trust them to deliver excellent results.
