A few months ago, I threw him a big challenge and asked him to clean the shower grout in a rental. It was pretty nasty. He made it sparkle, and he re-caulked it. Looked brand new! I was so impressed. I can't thank him enough, especially since he was able to make it out so quickly so I could get it rented out with very little time between tenants. This was clutch!

He has always responded promptly to my phone calls. He has always been prompt on making his appointments and if I let him know that we had stains in the rental ... he will schedule us at the end to make sure if the job needed extra time that it would not overlap into the next appointment. He has done wonderful work on my rental and primary residence. My rental has gone through a number of renters and Tom has always been able to restore the carpeting to it original state minus some wear and tear. He is super knowledgeable about cleaning stains and will apply several techniques to removing an unknown stain. He also has access to specialist... the one that can replace a portion of carpet if it is damaged to the point that it needed to be replaced. He is the only one that I know that if there is a lot of staining... will put the carpet back and clean it from the bottom side. He will put in extra time to getting out the dirt on the well walked path portions of the carpet.
